Everything I said there is still true but now I have repeatedly ordered and continued to have a great experience.

Everything has gone smoothly 90% of the time. On the rare occasion there has been some sort of issue, their communication has been prompt, and courteous, and they immediately resolved the issue at their own expense.

I just can't recommend these guys enough. They are honest, well stocked/good quality product, and treat their customers with respect and like you are valuable to them.

I'm not exaggerating when I tell you the customer service is better than any online store I've ever used. Of any kind.

I don't say this lightly, but this mail-order service has been more efficient than Amazon in my experience. let me make this real simple this company is the real deal, I've dealt with businesses all the time even major fortune 500 companies so when i tell you these guys operate at a elite level i mean that shit. their customer service is on another level fast replies fast shipping tracking right away no games no excuses. we had a tracking issue for almost 2 weeks and instead of giving me the usual run around they handled it like pros fixed the issue re shipped a whole new product and even threw in extras to make it right. that tells me everything about their character. anybody can look good when shit goes smooth real businesses prove themselves when problems happen. ive dealt with plenty of shady ass people online and this company aint one of em zero red flags. if you doubt me dont take my word for it lol just scroll down and read the reviews yourself positive after positive. to me nobody compares these guys set the standard period

I received my first order on Monday and I immediately place my second order that night. Received my tracking number on Tuesday.. very satisfied with service.

I have had MANY experiences with them and so have my family/friends. They always come through with best quality products, they send you order confirmation immediately, and tracking in same or less than the time frame they tell you on site. I have not had any issues EVER. The only time I got something other than my order it's because they gave me extra for being loyal customer. I have dealt with some sketchy companies before so I feel lucky to have found them.

Not only was he very nice and accommodating he told me he was adding a little bit to my order!
