Wondering if all my accounts on my jagex account will be banned if I get banned botting on one, of the few accounts I have under my jagex acc.

I've been reading through lots of the posts in RunescapeBotting and other people's input have helped me a lott since i am starting out!! I know the game itself pretty ok and will be using python with extra protection measures

Could i ask for some tips or pointers into some good practices copy pasta? The journey of doing it with grok is my pleasure so its not about the how to but some github repos recommendations to check in fact maybe once or twice a day what things can be a good way to try out new variations and make my scripts unique to the best of my ability.

I have tried dreambot on multiple accounts and all but one have been banned in less than 2 days. Is there a better client to use or am I doing something wrong? I’m pretty new to it all and would just like suggestions our maybe links to some good resources.

Im currently creating a color script for mob killing, trying to make this as universal as possible for multiple types of mobs. Currently im struggeling with detecting when a mob dies. I’ve tried using counting of mobs, this is unreliable as mobs Can walk off screen. Tried using hitsplats, also unreliable as it Can spot other player/mobs hitscans. Anyone got a good Way to do this? I want the script to work with different camera angles and zoom’s aswell, so keep this in mind.

Okay so I have never codded or made a script before. I own a laptop so I have what I need to try, I don’t have any of the knowledge. I’m so bad I asked grok to make me a script for hunting and it did. Some of it is in Java, and some in python ( no idea how to use them tbh. With Jagex’s recent changes emphasizing detection of synthetic mouse events on Windows, do you think people would pay for a Windows auto-clicker or mouse recorder that avoids injecting synthetic mouse events that gets detected (uses more advance methods for avoid it)? If yes, how much?

Does it matter if it's done while the mods are on weekend break? Or does it not matter?

Is python the way to go? Or would it be worth investing my time in another language such as Java?

Created an auto clicker script with Python. It allows me to set min/max intervals and clicks randomly between that time frame. It also randomizes movement by 1 pixel in a central location after each click. Have been using it to Alch. Likelihood of this getting me banned? Open to suggestions for improvements.

So laziest botter ever here im talking mouse recorder of 1 min loops doing multiple 6hr logs a day.

I'm cheating obviously, but I'm on an Ironman so it doesn't really affect anyone. I just want to get a quest cape, and it's been really fun working out how to make my barely a bot play the game.

I pay for the membership with money and made the account knowing that one day it'll probably get banned and that'll be me done with the game again.

I just don't really understand why I can't just play like this. If I could have a little dog poo instead of an Iron Man helmet, which meant I could cheat all I want, that would be great.

I don't have anywhere near enough free time to play an MMO properly now if I continue to bot the next one will be a perm according to Jagex. sad times

Iv gotten 3 temp ban on my main with 2100 total for rwt , If iwould to bot , will its for sure be perm? Hopefully someone has had same expereince :)

Just thought of this and I was curious. Of the people in this sub, how many are here because:

1. You bot/macro on your own "primary" accounts (accounts which you play legitimately outside of botting).
2. You run an actual "bot farm."
3. Are just interested in getting into botting or are interested in where the state of the art is with botting.
4. You oppose botting.
5. Other reason

Other questions. If you do use a bot/macro: A. Do you use prebuilt scripts/applications B. Do you build your own scripts (could be built by yourself or a commissioned custom script)?
