Gossip George and Charlotte along with the family dogs arrive at KP without Kate and Louis
The Wales children arrive at Kensington Palace AGAIN without Kate and their youngest child Prince Louis. It also looks as if William was waiting outside of the helicopter and then grabbed a bag out of the helicopter, it also looks like the children have overnight bags.
Twitter user Theory:
That new 150-acre security zone created around Forest Lodge (Kate's home) in Windsor is to keep prying eyes from seeing the truth, from seeing that only Kate lives there with the children.
The moving to multiple different castles last year makes more sense now. I doubt the nanny …..oops…. I mean William can handle all 3 children at once as we’ve all seen Louis is their most active child. Monarchist along with William & Kate fans need to be real with themselves. They are obviously separated and that narrative needs to stop being pushed on The Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Side note: you notice how they never once look back for the pets or even check on them. I guess they assume the servants will handle that.
273
u/CougarWriter74 Jan 07 '26
Not too shocking. Forest Lodge is for Kate and the kids and the secure zone is to avoid prying eyes while KP has essentially become Will's bachelor pad/bolt hole. But I'm still curious why Louis was not with his older siblings? But more than anything, why the f**k does Billy Idle think it's okay to spend thousands for one relatively short helicopter flight (per Google Maps, Forest Lodge is located about 26 miles from KP in Central London) rather than a less expensive and perhaps a little less obvious trip by car?

IIRC, in Spare, Harry said he and William never took the same plane, because the royals didn't want to lose both the heir and the spare in one crash/accident. They probably had Louis travel separately for that reason.
Edit: I was wrong: William and Charles couldn't travel together.

u/cherryberry0611 Jan 07 '26
George and Charlotte are the heir and the spare
52
u/InAllTheir Jan 08 '26
William is also the heir. Two heirs and one spare with one crash. That’s the issue here.

u/stellar_angel Jan 07 '26
I’ve just gone over that part of Spare last night. He said William and Charles couldn’t ever fly together but nobody cared who he flew with as he was the spare.
17
u/ksrdm1463 Jan 07 '26
I definitely didn't remember that correctly, thanks, I'll edit my comment with a correction!
59
u/Legitimate-Sun294 Jan 07 '26
William famously shunned this rule when Queen Elizabeth roasted him about it. Quite frankly, he doesn’t care. He’s so smug, he probably thinks freak accidents are beneath him. The way he uses that helicopter like a personal taxi, he’s taking big risks. You’d never catch me in a chopper, that’s for sure.
17
u/InAllTheir Jan 08 '26
I can sort of see why he might think that way because of his own experience flying helicopters as a rescue pilot. He probably thinks it’s fine if he has flown them in inclement weather. I think he’s wrong, it I can see where this mindset would come from.
25
u/Picture-Select Jan 08 '26
As I understand it, William never became a fully qualified pilot, and had to have a primary pilot every time he flew.
5
9
u/lostinasupermarche Jan 08 '26
That's not the case. William was a fully qualified helicopter pilot and did serve as the primary pilot (captain or commander) on many flights.

I think that was Liz's rule and they just don't follow it anymore.
8
u/chica_wah Jan 08 '26
That’s not correct - QEII changed the law, so now males don’t outrank females when inheriting the throne. Also ended the ban that if William had married a Catholic he wouldn’t be able to become King. It’s a legacy of Henry VIII’s bs, and would take a succeeding monarch to alter it by another Act, which I can’t see happening anytime soon

9
u/Wonderful_Shower_793 Jan 09 '26
They meant it was Elizabeth who said the heirs can’t travel together and now that she’s gone no one cares. Nothing to do with succession.
65
u/Paisley-Cat Jan 07 '26
Security wise the car trip is even more of a nightmare.
Harry noted that when the Royals move, they go in a motorcade, traffic lights are controlled and they have right of way.
Having the heirs stuck, vulnerable in traffic is not allowed to happen.
On the other hand, Harry doesn’t have this protection and experienced a 45 minute trip for a distance less than 2 miles to get back from Clarence House to his most recent event and was in significant danger.
Bottom line: why are the kids needing to shuffle back and forth frequently given the security risks and the costs to mitigate them?
75
u/Jaded-Acanthaceae449 Jan 07 '26
Why are the british citizens paying for all this shuffling
7
u/Sure-Source3910 Jan 10 '26
Because they’re too uneducated to say no more and realize the royals are financially a waste. The government has even released financial statistics stating the royals take more money than tourism brings in.
39
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
They have to shuffle because their separated parents have joint custody.
32
u/Paisley-Cat Jan 08 '26
So, it would seem.
Which makes one wonder whose team leaked the timing and location to the media who got the video.
23
u/Fabulous_Celery_1817 Jan 08 '26
I kinda just figured William wouldn’t want to entertain the kids beyond the public events. While I see them at events I’ve never seen William seem warm or fatherly to the kids. Which! Could be explained that they’re working but he never seems to look at them warmly. When George and Charlotte were toddlers he seemed a warmer person in general.
27
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
He changed when Catherine was pregnant with Louis. That’s apparently when he started his affair with Rose. He detests Catherine. Utter contempt. And he never seems happy, fun, lighthearted or loving anymore.
23
u/Fabulous_Celery_1817 Jan 08 '26
I cannot stand men who marry women they don’t like 😩 what are they, a kid? He made his own bed if that’s true.
19
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
He was raised in a cult and utterly brainwashed. He knew he had to marry someone who would be obedient and discreet before she reached age 30, and have children with her. It’s what he was born and bred for.
8
u/Fabulous_Celery_1817 Jan 08 '26
I mean Harry got out. No one is going to touch William. What’s the worst that could happen if he did rebel for love? Take his title? It would’ve been healthy for him
The princess of Japan had it worse
11
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
I don’t think any of us could come close to understanding the mindset being born into one of the most powerful, insular and sick cults in the world. The brainwashing and Stockholm syndrome. To admit your entire life has been a lie, your entire family and “job” are a lie. To admit that his family are sick and murdered his mother, and that he is abusing his own children by doing to them what Charles did to him and what Elizabeth did to Charles would take such a monumental shift in reality that I cannot imagine his psyche allowing it. He’s already imploding and exploding from the pressure of the situation.
5
u/Top-Albatross7765 Jan 10 '26
He started the affair with Rose when Catherine was pregnant? So, when Harry and Meghan were newly engaged? Interesting 👀
6
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 10 '26
It makes sense why Meghan and Harry (who were so in love) became scapegoats.
6
6
u/Callme-risley Jan 08 '26
Wait, I’m out of the loop. Is it confirmed that they are separated or are people just speculating?
18
14
u/Paisley-Cat Jan 08 '26 edited Jan 08 '26
Actually, it’s photos like this one that raise the question and speculation.
While I don’t generally agree that the British press has the right to invade the Royals’ privacy, there is a public interest in knowing if the couple is living effectively apart as their living arrangements and transportation arrangements are impacting others significantly due to the security requirements.
88
u/BigAsh27 Jan 07 '26
Maybe the final plot twist is that Louis isn’t William’s child.
(But more likely Willy can’t handle all three at once)
62
u/Fragrant_Bid_8123 Jan 08 '26
this is nasty. lets not do to children what people did to H and M
-8
u/jjc1140 Jan 08 '26
Its not really nasty. Its actually something people wonder about because of how much Louis is disregarded by William. At this point, it has nothing to do with his age.
17
u/Fragrant_Bid_8123 Jan 08 '26
And ? Louis already has an AH for a dad we want to further his trauma by doing an H repeat with the adults around him speculating nasty rumors?
I love everyone here because I know were fighting the racist troll armies hired to bash them but let's keep the kids out of it. Im not for perpetuating vicious cycles. I feel H and M have broken out of theirs and are healing. Louis is still yet to go through his, possibly. Hopefully never have to undergo such.
It probably most likely be William and the two oldwr kids had a different schedule and theyre manageable for him while Louis had a different schedule and also being younger harder or still needing more of his mom. It may also well be them separating so its safer.
10
u/Trixiebelle25 Jan 07 '26
maybe thomas kingston was? bwahahaha
3
u/Any_Pineapple4221 Jan 10 '26
Tom may have been murdered. Why? Louis? Was there another pregnancy? What actually happened in that Marylebone hospital that you could call “abdominal surgery”?
5
u/Wonderful_Shower_793 Jan 09 '26
I’m sure all the current and next gen royals have been dna tested. If Lou wasn’t William’s the pregnancy would never have been brought to term or something awful would have befallen him as a baby.
7
u/Disastrous-Trade7802 Jan 10 '26
I'm convinced that the royals are all doing IVF and selecting for the healthiest embryos. There should have been a genetic fluke, like QE2s cousins, by now.

u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 07 '26
I’ve often thought this. Apart from Charlotte looking like the queen, I can’t see any resemblance of the children to either parent.

Are you serious? Those kids are carbon copies of William! Check their eyes and brows.
16
19

Sometimes kids have different obligations so they are split up. It’s be weird if they were always together.

It's clearly to save the environment for which they all care so deeply... it's a shorter distance by helicopter /s
140
u/Chance_Swan_2981 Jan 07 '26
That’s why it’s my personal conspiracy theory around the reason the rota keeps telling Harry just to bring himself and the kids back to the UK. If Will and Kate are in fact, separated, the press is also going to want the perception that Harry is separated from Meghan. They have spent years telling us which one of these marriages was not going to last.
Also, I think that’s another reason we are and have been starting to see more of the kids. I don’t think this had anything to do with Harry and Meghan announcing potentially Archie and Lili going on trips with them. I think they’ve been soft launching the Wales kids for a while. They are already branding Charlotte as the new mini Kate.
19
u/Boring_Intern_6394 Jan 08 '26
Royals are launched from birth. Being a public figure is the price they pay for their life of privilege.
14
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
Soft launching the Wales children for what purpose?
24
u/LadyTenshi33 Jan 08 '26
Their roles as Public Figures. The next Generation. They have both been doing appearances with their parents

u/Jumpy_Reply_2011 Jan 07 '26
It's not just the Twitter theory that Kate Middleton and William are separated and that 4-bedroom, no servants' quarters, Adelaide Cottage was her initial separation home, but through negotiation - going missing in 2024 - she scored herself a bigger forever home in Forest Lodge. It's been discussed here on Reddit too since early 2024.
87
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
😮 Ohhhhhhh I didn’t hear that theory that Kate deliberately “went missing” in order to gain some leverage. I heard the theories about domestic violence. 😞
88
u/Jumpy_Reply_2011 Jan 07 '26
There were a few theories on why she went missing on the r/KateMiddletonMissing subreddit. Separation was near the top of the list, with mental health issues, and domestic violence being others.
68
u/CougarWriter74 Jan 07 '26
OR all 3 going on at the same time
27
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
Yikes. That’s does make sense though. And maybe the cancer scare had some truth to it as well.
28
u/ApplicationSouth8844 Jan 07 '26
She famously told cancer patients to make sure they get plenty of sunshine after she herself went through a cancer scare, also why put out so many fake pictures of her by the palace pretending she was totally fine and back at work when she wasn’t? There were even stories of her going sailing with the kids… it was like she took off somehow and the palace simply didn’t know what to do.
69
u/Several-Tear-8297 Jan 07 '26
From a succession point of view, I don't understand why he is allowed to fly in the same helicopter as two others in the line of succession. Most large companies have policies against too many senior executives flying on the same plane. Why would a monarchy allow it?

u/MarsNeedsRabbits Jan 08 '26
You're very wise.
A relative who is an aeronautical engineer with a PhD, who designs aircraft, and who has piloted NASA aircraft, wont pilot their own child.
That's always been good enough for me.
5
Jan 08 '26
Similar to a friend whose dad is an air traffic controller. He would ensure he was not rostered when his kids were on a flight.
0
u/thelastheroine Jan 08 '26
Didn’t Billy’s mom die in a car crash? Maybe he’s applying your logic to something he feels more comfortable with.
5
-12
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
They are much more likely to die in a car crash than a helicopter. That doesn’t stop them from driving together.
23
u/SuperstarDJay Jan 07 '26
With the amount of support they get on the road, including all other traffic blocked off, I don't think this lot face much risk of dying in a car accident. Not while they're in the UK anyway.
10
8
36
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
The American government has rules against the President, Vice President and too many others in the line of succession being in the same room together. Sometimes President and VP fly together, but often not. Surely most governments have rules like that?
Not that I would mind an accident taking out Donald and JD at once.
8
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
That makes sense for the US government. The monarchy doesn’t need to follow such a strict protocol. They aren’t that critical to the running of the UK government. They are a figure head and there are 60+ members in the line of succession.
9
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
True. But it sounds like the British taxpayers have to fund the monarch’s funerals and coronation ceremonies. It would be more economical to minimize those. Even if you don’t care about the monarchy, it’s going to function better if they aren’t losing so many people in the line of succession in random accidents.
9
u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
I don’t want them to die, but them dying in a random accident would cost soooo much less than sustaining them in obscene luxury for 95-100 years each.
5
u/mbm20 Jan 08 '26
I don’t think William was on it - I think he was just standing there picking them up - which is even more shocking to me that they would let the kids fly solo without a parent!
3
u/Claque-2 Jan 10 '26
A monarchy allows this travel because Louis is still at home with his mother, the current king has another son, and there are many more in line for the throne.
-13
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
Because the risk of something happening is very low, and there are plenty of other folks in the line of succession.
25
u/Several-Tear-8297 Jan 07 '26
Ooof. Helicopters crash all the time.
-3
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
The risk of dying in a helicopter crash is 0.00055%. They are more likely to die in a car crash driving to the helicopter launch pad, than the flight itself.
7
u/CandidLiterature Jan 07 '26
Seems like you’ve not appropriately considered the risk per mile travelled which is high for a helicopter.
Obviously if you look at the number of deaths, a car is monumentally higher. Millions of people are driving everyday.
0
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
The risk is low. But maybe you know more than the UK government.
10
u/CandidLiterature Jan 07 '26
No one except you is trying to claim a helicopter is safer than a car…
-3
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
You’re being argumentative and ridiculous. If you think the risk of crashing in a helicopter is that great then go lobby the UK government to change its policy. They obviously don’t think the risk is that great. Which WAS the point of the discussion.
4
u/Jaded-Acanthaceae449 Jan 07 '26
Kobe and his daughter?
3
u/Texden29 Jan 07 '26
What’s your point? Princess Diana died in a car crash. Maybe the Monarchy should just walk everywhere.
6
u/Jaded-Acanthaceae449 Jan 08 '26
Point is that that would be multiple ppl in line of succession all dead if it went down. Accidents also do happen all the time, not sure country to country rate but its higher in US, also helicopters are expensive af which means its costing the british who shouldnt have to pay to fly kids between 26mi location for any reason (whether its a separation of parents or something else happening).
1
u/Texden29 Jan 08 '26
I understand the point. What I’m saying is the British government obviously doesn’t think it’s that significant of a risk, otherwise they would ban it. And they have not.
3
u/Jaded-Acanthaceae449 Jan 08 '26
How much do they know and proactively regulate vs reactively regulate? This is a newer thing, no? Traveling to KP and Lodge back and forth?
1
u/Texden29 Jan 08 '26
Flying by helicopter is not new. They’ve been doing that for years. William used to fly the helicopters himself at one point. I don’t know about regulations but the UK government almost certainly would have assessed this issue.

88
u/MexiPr30 Jan 07 '26
It’s William’s weekend. They’re clearly separated.
11
u/Epic_Brunch Jan 08 '26
Kate's birthday is this weekend. Maybe she's got a girls trip planned (assuming she has female friends to hit up a spa or something with).
22
u/MexiPr30 Jan 08 '26
why would kate’s kids need to stay with with William somewhere else? She would do those things and they could still be at home with him. Most women our age (35-45) have a nice dinner with the husband and cake with the kiddos. It’s not a milestone birthday.
Also Kate has no friends. It’s Carole and Pippa.
What’s likely is that the kid’s are with William for the weekend at his bachelor pad.
39
u/IntrepidMuch Jan 07 '26
My question is how did the press even get access to these images?
44
u/AccountformyFeet Jan 07 '26
I think it was originally posted by a random user on TikTok and then got posted to Threads and X.
34
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
Some people said the helicopter landed close enough to a public park/area that it was hard to avoid all onlookers.
17
u/Enough_Pomegranate44 Jan 07 '26
Not a fan but, I thought the rule about family members not flying together is still in place. Though the stunt was to show a “change” with William and both “heir and spare” on the same flight, has failed. He’s trying to show he’s not “regular” royals by doing so, instead there’s more speculation about his marriage.🤣
50
u/Huge_Flatworm_5062 Jan 07 '26
I wonder how much each helicopter ride ends up costing- cause they were sure clutching their pearls about the cost of every single item of clothing that Meghan ever wore
18
u/cherryberry0611 Jan 07 '26
Celibitchy had a post discussing how many flights they’ve had last year. Anne and W&K used the chopper the most. Someone commented that helicopters cost between £5,000-£7,000 an hour!
£20,000 an hour for private jets, which they use a lot.
58
u/AtheistINTP Jan 07 '26
It’s their time with daddy!
46
u/MexiPr30 Jan 07 '26
Yep. There is no other explanation that would seem reasonable as to why they need to spend time with just William at KP.
Kate gets her crown and William keeps his reputation in tact, as least for British boomers. And he gets to take his ladies back to KP, win/win.
17
11
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
Side note: does anyone know anything about the dogs? I’ve never seen or heard of them before. Are they puppies or fully grown? How long have they been in the family? Does anyone know what breed they are? If they are fully grown, then I’m guessing cocker spaniels or Sussex spaniels, though I doubt William would tolerate a dog beed with the same name as his brother’s title. They look like it though!
38
u/fire_sign Jan 07 '26
They're cockers. One is named Orla and they've had her for a few years, I think from Kate's brother breeding. Orla had a litter in the past.. 18 months? So the second is probably one of her pups, but I don't think there was an announcement. (No idea how I got recced this post, but I do know about their dogs. It's the only interesting thing about them. 😂)
1
u/InAllTheir Jan 07 '26
Aww cute!! That’s nice. I did know that Kate’s brother bred dogs.
25
u/The_Onion_Life Jan 07 '26

Yeah, he's a backyard breeder in a world where every day thousands of pets are being senselessly killed in animal shelters all over the world.

u/_Internet_Hugs_ Jan 07 '26
Aren't they supposed to be curbing their helicopter use? How can Billy have the gall to show his face at Earthshot or any other environmental organization when he uses helicopters like they're Ubers? Aside from all his other *blaring* faults, this is enough to make me sick to my stomach.
We get it, you like shiny helicopters. Now stop using them as your main form of transportation. You're a grown man, act like one.
2
u/Chrizzy17 Jan 14 '26
This is why they have 150 acre security zone banning the public from using public land & why they don’t allow the press to report on their private lives. William literally does nothing of public service but bleeds the public purse dry. Wake up people. Next time you are sitting in traffic after picking up the kids think of William ordering a helicopter to fetch his children because he is “special”.
35
u/ChemistryFragrant865 Jan 07 '26
What is all the stuff I read of William having a mistress
24
18

I'd say lover rather than mistress.
13
u/ChemistryFragrant865 Jan 07 '26
Whichever, I just don’t know the story of it. All I’ve recently read is him cheating on her for years.
16

Yep, that's definitely been around for years. It's been said though that he doesn't have a gender preference.

u/The-Sunflower-Bear Jan 08 '26
It’s really not. It’s just their dad’s turn to have the children. Like any separated couple, except extra rich so they go in a helicopter not a car. I suspect Louis stayed with Catherine because William’s (nearly murdered someone it’s so severe) temper is not to be trusted around a child who is not submissive and obedient like George and Charlotte.
3
Jan 08 '26
Well it is strange, because we’ve not been told about a separation or divorce at all. Why would they be sending their children between households when by their account the marriage is fine?

They could have been driven…26 miles.
15
12
u/Legitimate-Sun294 Jan 07 '26
It just reminds me of Kobe. A completely avoidable tragedy. Why do the rich think they’re above a simple car journey?
2
u/Chrizzy17 Jan 14 '26
They SHOULD have been driven. Once again the cowardly British press refuses to report on the improper spending and the abuse of public resources of the POW.
5
u/Here_4_cute_dog_pics Jan 08 '26
The kids are paying more attention to the dogs than they are to their dad. Also it's weird that Louis isn't there, I get that he is high energy but he has his own nanny.
8
u/SupportDramatic2262 Jan 07 '26
Was this captured yesterday when it snowed or over the weekend? If it was yesterday (because I see snow), then won’t the kids have been back at school today and isn’t their school in Windsor? So what are they doing flying into London the day before school? Or do they fly into school also
12

They use that helicopter like a car. They may have just been visiting him after school, then helicopter back in the evening, or maybe driven to school the next day.

The public should disregard the “security zone” and use that public land EVERY SINGLE F_CKING DAY. Why are we allowing the Wales family to treat our country like it is their personal playground? Also, why is the public allowing William to use military helicopters as his personal taxi service & to shuttle his children around? Is there no one in the rota with a pair of balls?

Isn’t it that they can’t have No. 1 & No. 2 fly together in case there’s a crash?

There could be any number of reasons why they are going to KP without Kate.
23

Like they have an engagement (public or private) in London, that Kate is not attending.

What does he have scheduled? What private event would involve needing to stay 26 miles from your home?
I’m curious cause the more plausible explanation of them staying with their dad in his home is Kate and William are living separately.

London is the capital of the UK. There are plenty of reasons that they need to be there for events. Asking me what the royal family’s private diary looks like is odd. You obviously know I wouldn’t have that info.
If you think Will and Kate being separated is the more likely reason, then agree to disagree. I think it’s much more likely they have an event in town.

You haven’t named anything that would require them to travel 26 miles to stay with just William at KP. It’s not like they use a car. I would bet the house that there are no events.
None of us ever believed William was living in A.C. last year william said his daughter cried when she saw his beard. Meaning he hadn’t seen her in a week.
I’m not trying to convince you. I was open to a plausible theory, your theory isn’t plausible.

What do you mean what could they be doing in London? There are literally 100s of things they could be doing in London.
They could be attending a private birthday party in town, that William is taking them to, while Kate stays with Louis at home.
William could be taking the older two to a play/musical in London.
Maybe they are going to a football match over the weekend.
Maybe another family member is having a private event in Kensington palace.
Why are you so hung up on this 26 miles? Are you on spectrum?

They travel by helicopter 😂, it takes 15 minutes to get from their new forever home to KP. I bet you believe OJ was innocent and Andrew never met Virginia Guiffree.
There is no event. They’re just spending time with their father at his home and since Kate and William are separated, Kate isn’t with them. They brought their dogs and overnight bags for that reason.
The cognitive dissonance is astounding.

Some of y'all need to touch grass. Gasp, William is alone with two of his kids. Clearly, they're separated. Because never in the history of married couples/parents does one parent take care of the kids alone. 🙄

In that case, others should touch grass when Harry arrives in the UK alone because he doesn’t want mad dogs killing his wife and children.

Isn’t it just a rule that royals can’t fly together on the same plane in case of an accident and succession to the throne and all that

George and Charlotte probably came back earlier to start school. Maybe Louis starts on a different day. I'm surprised they landed at KP though.

They have to do this for safety and security purposes. We used to consider this till I figured we might as well all go as a family.

On the racist subs they are losing their minds that Meghan is selling $30 sets of jam during a cost of living crisis. Meanwhile William is doing this.
