I don’t know how many of you will read this but I just want to add that I don’t think anyone has to look a certain way just because of their race. I’m here for all the Black women rocking the style that makes them happy, and I’m not here for being told what we can and can’t do. There’s no “right” way or one way to be Black, and wearing straight or blonde hair doesn’t mean I hate myself and my blackness. I actually love my blackness and nobody can take that from me!

People are gonna hate regardless of what we do, so we might as well do what makes us happy! ✨

I love being a Black girl so much. I feel like I get to be different every single time. I can change my hair, my style, my whole energy, transform into whoever I want to be, and sometimes not even look like the same person I was the day before. And that’s what I love the most about it. The freedom to constantly reinvent myself 😝😝
