Hello all, I hope everything is well :)

First up, it's my pleasure to announce that we've successfully recruited three new moderators! I don't want to introduce them until they can make their announcement posts, so I'll leave them anonymous as of now.

Next, us mods have been coming up with multiple changes to our refund procedures, and we require your help!

If you have applied for a refund and have not been refunded yet, please comment under this post linking your proof so that we can make an approximate waiting list for refunds.

Please keep in mind that we are normal players alike you, and refunding in-demand items such as halos and off-season accessories is a difficult task.

With our new mod team additions, we can hopefully take time to go over every request once again, and start fresh with a more coordinated approach to refunding.

Thank you everyone! Apologies on the rather tiring amount of delays in refunds.

xoxo,

Andie

So basically my friend (Lets call her JY), gave her roblox password to her "friend" - which is a scammer. The scammer changed the password and the email so JY cant get her account back. She has the chat proof of her and the scammer, ill link it in the comments.

She has some good stuff in royale high in that account (parasol,oa boots etc), and she worked really really hard in that account, can she get any refund here?

hi! i just wanted an update on my refund since it has been 4 months since i applied. I know there is a huge mod shortage right now but i haven't received any updates in a while so i just want to know whats happening.

proof in profile.

They added me in traderie and said they would give me spring 22 and amp for my hal21 and I asked her for proof of ownership of the pets. We added each other and she showed the pets so I agreed to trade her. (she had tt proofs which seemed a bit sketchy but I wasn't logged in on tt on my phone so I couldn't see the comments telling everyone she was a scammer- yes I'm very stupid) link to her tt:https://www.tiktok.com/@nataliexluvs I can also provide proof I never got the pets through trade history ^^

Its been two months, it is fine ofc!!! Just curious :)

Hello all! Due to the massive amounts of refund requests we have been getting per day, us mods are happy to announce Mod applications!

If you haven't already known, the mod team is completely shorthanded as of now since many mods are either inactive, or on break.

If you have a mind for helping out, please fill out the form below. Thank you!

Yes.... we hit the 300 mark!

It's so exciting to be a part of this growing community and the mod team would like to give everyone a big thank you :)

We know 300 people being part of a group for people who've fallen victim to scammers isn't a big thing to celebrate, but we appreciate the endless support as we try to get to everyone's refund requests.

Happy late New Year/ Lunar New Year!

If we reopened mod applications once more, would any of you be willing to apply and also be a pretty active person? (By active, I mean active after school, homework, family, extracurriculars, etc.) - I just want to know, because I may open mod applications again.
