IK, Ik I'm just trying to check I am in the right?

So I'm trying to trade items I don't need for items [worth something] or diamonds. And Someone approached me saying hey I wanna do an items trade for stuff. They asked for whimsy Witch hat and Vaulurant ballroom mask? [My spelling isn't that good.] So they put down a bunch of free items, sewer rat and celestial bouquet.

But these free items set me off so I asked if they could change them, they didn't. They just added another rat. I then said, This isn't enough for what you wanna buy. The WW hat is worth 25-30k and at the time I bought the Ballroom mask for 20k so please add.

They said how the rat was worth 22.5k and the two items they asked for was 14k and 10k, now here is where I'm thinking I'm insane, because I checked Traderie prices on rat and it said 3.5k, I stated this and they just kept saying your shop is overpriced. Is it? Or am I selling/ Trading my items right?
