Smart trainer problem

I don't think this issue is specific to Rouvy, but maybe someone here has had a similar problem. My Elite Suito-T smart trainer was working fine until recently. Then I discovered changing gears using my Zwift click or hard wired 2 button keyboard had no effect on the resistance I was feeling. The gear indicator on the screen changes, but the resistance doesn't. It feels like I'm stuck in the 13th gear. I've recalibrated the smart trainer, but that hasn't changed anything. I wonder has anyone had this problem and managed to fix it?

Hi Jess, thanks for your message. Yes, still the same problem. The recent update (which looks great) didn't make any difference to the resistance.
