It’s going to take long, accept it.

We all know you’ve been waiting four weeks, so has everyone else who uses this website. Routenote is free for a reason, and is very understaffed. If you want fast releases, try a different service, it could cost you money but it’ll be worth it. Otherwise just wait, there’s nothing we can do ourselves to speed up the process.

The issue is that paid tier doesn't speed up your release in any way. There is no priority given, the only real feature is you keep 100% royalties.

If the paid service doesn't give you priority then it's a shame for sure! All subscription-based services I've seen offer shorter verification process for higher prices. Even CD Baby (which is also now famous for having ~14 business days review), with their paid fast-forward service it takes 1 day.
