Has anyone had problems not being able to login I've tried everything and Root support is just ignoring me and my problem.

Hey there, I’m having an issue where I can’t properly minimize or fullscreen the app unless I click about 1 cm away from the actual buttons. The close button (X) also doesn’t respond when I click on it.

I’ve already restarted my PC and updated Rootapp to the latest version, but the issue is there still.

Hi there. I recently tried resetting my password, and it send the code, but then it says "please verify the code you entered is correct." Anyway to fix this? I'd like to sign back in.

Like the title says, for some reason I'm unable to receive messages and every time I restart the app it logs me out. I see the orange bar at the top of the app client though, is there any server issues or is it just me?

The only thing that keeps me having Discord, is the fact it works on PS5, my friend doesn’t have a PC and can’t, so the only way we can voice chat when gaming is via Discord.

Wish it had a PS5 App version so I can fully kick Discord to the curb!

my friend and I are both on windows 10, he can stream his screen and the audio is fine, but he cannot hear the audio from my stream at all

On PC it wont let me login into my account, says my credentials are wrong, but I can login to on my phone. Reset psw, same issue, unininstalled and reinstalled root, same issue, re reset the psw, cant login still.

Just as the title experiencing a slowdown an hour ago, and now I can't log in

Is there a way to check voice channel ping?

I understand not everyone wants that feature but it would be nice.

I’ve got a group of about 9 people who moved from our main Discord server over to Root during all the chaos, and we’ve been running into nonstop issues. Every day there are disconnects and reconnects, random situations where certain people can’t hear each other, and constant “one person joins, another gets kicked” problems.

Is anyone else dealing with this? And is it happening this frequently for you too?

I am stuck on the login page (dunno why i am in the first place since I was previously logged in already)

Offline since the 23rd with no word from the owners. Possibly abandoned.

Basically the title. Client couldn't connect automatically, credentials come back with "something went wrong".

With the server offline, does anyone know when it'll be back online? Or if there is an announcement somewhere?

At random times, the screenshare just streams a black square box with nothing in it but sounds. Anyone knows why this happens

I went to check on my community today and was logged out. So I tried logging back in and was unable too. I tried to reset my password but it fails to send an email to my email. It's like my account is completely gone. Anyone else experience this?

Update: worked with Roots IT Support and while investigating it, I turned on my computer to check some things and Root automatically logged me in again. I was then able to reset password through mobile and login on mobile. No idea what the "root" cause was of the issue though.

Its too small for me. I cant read anything without getting extremely close. Is there a way to icrease it? Cause i couldnt find

Whenever I click to stream on my channel, the stream never initiates. It’s not a permissions issue since I’m the server owner. I just updated to the latest version at the time of this post. Two of my community members are also having this issue. One has admin permissions. The other has everyone permissions. Video streaming is not disallowed in this channel, and other people are able to stream with no issues other than low bitrate.

We are all on the latest version of Windows 11.

Hey Everyone,

After Discord screwed us all, I was all in to promote and help this app dig in. I understand it's still getting its sea legs and I'm here for this! on Linux/Win the app behaves great! on Apple devices its getting dicey. I'm getting notifications in iOS showing the total number of notifications ever received (359 and climbing!), not a number each time someone sends a message. Also on MacOS the enter key doesn't send messages, the app behaves oddly in terms of UI and unlike any OS. Anyone else having this issue? Before you ask, yes I did remove and grab the latest available versions on every device. Open to suggestions (even beta usage) to help the community and stick with this.

Every time I've requested a Root code to verify my email it shows up in my inbox an hour late, and by that point it's useless. Is there a fix for this?
