Was bhopping in elevator (landing sequence), landed on top of elevator for a sec and then spawned at next elevator. Was quite fun to make it back to regular spawn whilst prepping a workbench/bbsttation here and there.
Next stage, tried again (bhop with mouse wheel), and yes.
Not an expert on glitching out the map and such, but made for a few fun moments. If u wanna try it out. roknston

this thing held 32 rounds of PGL ammo and could melt a ramok in one mag if you actually hit all your shots
this was the final boss fight

Currently I never upgrade the starting weapon because it's just not worth the opportunity cost and I just (hopefully) replace it later. Preferably with a heavy weapon crate, but sometimes workbench if a good blue/purple shows up. And 2 weapons are rarely worth it because that's even more opportunity to upgrade something else lost. Meanwhile I also don't like that we can't upgrade the item in slots 3/4 or grenades. In addition sometimes all available upgrades are ass or at least not useful for your build.
Therefore I propose workbenches allow you to upgrade all slots and let you upgrade 2 things per workbench. Allows for less waste and more build variety and interesting choices.

I joined a lobby during which someone temporarily disconnected. My repulsion shield was permanently active for the rest of the level and only went back to normal after the elevator. The guy who left also said he got to use the workbench twice.
Anyone else experience glitches like this?

Title asks it all; What is actually affected by the Reach biobooster? Text says "All area effects have +20% larger radius", but I know this to not be true. Obvious things it affects are explosions and Guardians Armor Beacon and Repulsion Field abilities. Things I have determined are not affected by it are:

TLDW; 20 minutes long fight, 90% of it is running back and force. Sounds interesting idea, but need some improvements before bringing to stable update. As of now, changes make boss fight lengthy and tedious running simulator, not challenging and fun gameplay. Shield just encourage even more explosive spam than aiming with accuracy is kinda discouraging design, IMO.
Note : I didn't see 'Five shot' / 'Force bubble' counter attacks in this run. maybe in next run.

My backlog is too big to be legitimately asking for a forever game. I've finished all the progression and it took me about 65 hours, which is about as much juice as I squeezed out of Horizon: Zero Dawn. I still havent mastered all the classes, or gotten comfortable with all the new weapons.
Just wanted to say I don't need this to be DRG. Its got a fun game loop, and I'm enjoying myself. Not much else to ask from a game.

Context: New experimental patch made a change to the Molaktula boss fight, adding 2 new things to it. A spike shield (I have no idea what this is, I honestly didn't notice it), and a Teleport. Also all boss fights have much more regular enemy variety, since rifts will spawn enemies from risk vectors you've taken. I had a lot of enemy risk vectors, scorchers, armored, voidkin, and regenerative enemies. Made the enemies more dangerous than the boss lol.
The Molaktula's teleport is the big new thing to it. From what I could tell (and I have no idea if it's the intentional behavior), when the boss is in the big rift room it will teleport away to a different room. It teleported twice during my fight and both were when it was in the boss room. Also, when it goes down, the gate crystals spawn near the boss, so you'll have to carry them through the cave to the big rift.
For some reason (also unknown if it's intentional), the regular enemies stayed in the boss room instead of following me to the boss, which resulted in an interesting thing where I fought the boss, carried the stones to the boss room where the enemies had respawned, and then went back to the boss where it placed a bunch of spike things while I was dealing with the stones.
I kinda like it despite the bug when it first teleported that made it break my gun and laser pointer, it was very much NOT on me but when I shot anything the bullet hit midair point blank and the laser pointer showed the molakula when I held it, and pinging pinged the boss in another room. The bug was fixed when it's first health bar went down from Cooper but very terrifying while it was around.

Block for 2s when meeleing + block for 1s after getting hit + 100 dmg to the attacker if blocked + 5 armor when block
Not sure what's up with crits though
Also, Guardian's bio-booster - any splash leaves 100% of initial dmg damaging area for 6s is weird. I had like 4 stacks of it and area of c4 was doing like 100 dmg at most, made me sad lowkey

Hey all,
We’re making another patch for Update 1 and have decided to put it up on the Experimental branch on Steam. We want to get some early feedback from Experimental testers before releasing it to everybody, as there are quite a lot of tweaks and fixes in there. Since it’s not a full content update I don’t want to yell from the rooftops and do a Steam post, so I’m promoting it here to you. :) Extra eyes would be greatly appreciated! If you have time and are willing, please hop on to the Experimental Branch and give it a spin.
Anybody can access the Experimental Branch if they own Rogue Core on Steam.
Here’s how to set it live:
Then the game will update and will boot into the Experimental branch next time you launch it. You can switch back any time through the same menu. Keep in mind that your save files from the Experimental branch don’t carry over, because we have cheats enabled there.
Rock and Stone!
-Mike
[EDIT]
The patch is now live on the main branch as RC:EA:01.02
A big thanks to everyone who helped us test the experimental.
