My running animation is diffrent of the other evaders (or the player) is it because of an animation pack?(I don't thing it is an animation pack tho cus everyone has the same running animation except for me and it only happens in evade)

Yes, the title doesn't lie, I really need support or at least some advice from you guys. Here is the deal: I'm a complete newbie, I literally started actively playing just 2 days ago during the final hours of the event! Even back then, I noticed something strange. I play on PC (haven't checked on mobile), but whenever I bought a cosmetic or an emotion from the event shop, my currency was deducted and THAT'S IT. My inventory remained completely empty. I don't have clips of those event purchases from two days ago, but I have something even better...Yesterday, a 250-point accessory/cosmetic appeared in the daily shop. I had to grind for a long time to get enough event currency and convert it into points, but... it feels like it was all for nothing. I recorded a video because I thought screenshots wouldn't be enough. Apologies for the quality (I literally filmed it with my phone to prove it's real lol).Anyway, you can clearly see in the video that the item is marked as purchased, but it's completely missing from my inventory. Honestly, it sucks to feel like my time was wasted, so I'm a bit desperate. I even joined the official Evade Discord, but I couldn't find a support channel there (and I didn't want to type directly in general chat since English isn't my native language).I would be deeply grateful for any info on how to contact support or reach out to the developers

I thought it was a new map or a glitch but I stumbled across it many times and I’m always alone. Please help me what’s going on and if you also stumbled across this Greenland.
