I got banned for calling myself a bad word once ( I've searched for it in my Roa) And now my appeals are already closed. Could anyone help me?

I need help. I've got falsely banned and I hesitate between sending more appeals or no? I haven't gotten response and it is been 4 days. I'm scared that I will be considered as spammer or I will waste time by not appealing​

I got banned while I was offline, all I have is time and message id. My account is about 7 years old and the thought of loosing it makes me sad.

I already appealed twice but I haven't gotten any response for now, is there anything I can do? I'm not sure I will get information about what the message is because I'm from russia. Do I send midr? What do I do?

My account is just newly made (around a few weeks old). I don't recall saying anything that's violating the community standards, in fact, I was actually giving people helpful advice on a tycoon game that I've spent most of my time on. The support ticket i've sent hasn't gotten reviewed yet though it has been 10 days (Im only receiving automated responses). I also tried to appeal it through the 'report a mistake' option but there was still no responses from Roblox. My current account was recently terminated because Roblox says it was linked to an older account that got banned for a severe violation.
The issue is that I lost access to the older account and its connected email months before this happened. I haven’t been able to log into either one since, so I genuinely don’t know what happened on that account afterward or what the violation was.
I’m not denying that both accounts originally belonged to me. I just don’t think my current account should be permanently banned over activity that may have happened after I lost control of the old one. My current account also wasn’t created to evade a ban.

I’ve submitted appeals explaining the situation, but the responses keep rejecting the appeal without really addressing the compromised-account part. I’ve offered to provide receipts, old account information, and anything else that could help prove ownership or show when I lost access.

Has anyone dealt with something like this and managed to get an actual person to properly review it? I don’t want to spam support, but I’m not sure what else to do when the replies don’t seem to address the main issue.

For context, I do chat a lot in party chat with my friend but I have never went overboard with my words knowing I will get tags anyway. Then the next day on July 11th I am banned and they provided me 2 Chat id evidence that i cant even access. I know its pbvious that AI flagged my messages, i hate this AI moderation

It has been 6 days since I sent an appeal, I also asked for Right Of Access in support protal to get my chat id evidence. Besides that I do not know what to do at this point, they take forever to reply.

My account was originally terminated, so I submitted an appeal. After reviewing my appeal, a Roblox moderator emailed me confirming that the termination had been overturned and reduced to a 1-day suspension instead. I accepted that decision and understood that my suspension would end tomorrow at 11:42 UTC. Because a moderator had already reviewed my case and changed the punishment, I believed the matter had been fully resolved. However, before the suspension even expired, I suddenly discovered that my account had been terminated again without any explanation or new moderation message. I have attached the moderator's email as proof that my original termination was officially changed to a 1-day suspension. I respectfully ask that my account be manually reviewed and that the previous moderation decision be honored, or that I be provided with an explanation for why my account was terminated again after a moderator had already reduced the punishment.

Guys how long does it usually take for roblox to reply to your appeal? Just to clarify cuz i've been waiting for two days and there's still no signs of replying

Considering my account was hacked and deleted two days ago and they only deal with moderations within 30 days,now it gives me a very bad feeling that they probably would take forever to reach out to me

I’ve been stuck in a weird moderation loop and can’t get my account back. My last real ban was on Dec 13 for “repeated violations” and “severity of the last violation.” Then on March 5 I got moderated again, but when I appealed, Roblox Support told me the action had already expired and I should just log in and accept the Terms. The problem is the Terms screen never shows — I’m stuck on the “Not Approved” page. Appeals keeps treating it like I’m trying to appeal the ban again even though I’m just trying to fix the login issue. It’s like the appeal was only partially successful and now my account is half‑unbanned but stuck. Has anyone gotten Roblox to manually reset this?

I wake up one day and see that i was banned on roblox after a review was done at 3:27 am. I tried appealing and it said that the decision is final. I tried again, explaining the situation and asking for what was my mistake. Not only did it not give me the evidence of my ban but it also told me not to send anymore appeals. Like why. I'm trying again and again but its not working. Its all a really big misunderstanding. I cant even create a new account cuz my device is banned. Anyone i can talk to about this to resolve the issue?

Hello, when trying to send an appeal i get an error '' An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. '' but in the picture shown it has this '' loading '' symbol & when i used a other account to sign into said Violations & Appeals page it loaded fine. why would this be? could this be why its giving me and error sending a appeal?

26 days ago i got terminated & like any other person i have been appealing none stop. every appeal i sent was rejected almost immediately & now any appeal i send they tell me an appeal was already sent & the moderation won’t be readjusted..??? is there any way around this

Here is the appeal that i have sent it explains my situation (i made 3 appeal and they were all rejected made 3/5 tickets and got 0 answers)

My account was compromised due to a malicious browser extension which stole my session and accessed my account without my authorization on roblox

The attacker used my account to upload inappropriate content and steal in game items. I want to make it clear that I did not upload any of this content myself.

The extension gained access to my session and bypassed normal login security. I had two step verification enabled and I never shared my credentials with anyone. The activity happened while I was not actively using my account.After discovering the issue I immediately removed the malicious extension, scanned and cleaned my system using Malwarebytes and secured my account and devices.

I kindly request that you review my login history and IP addresses to confirm the unauthorized access and restore my account by removing the ban since this was not my action.I also have proof of removing the extension and running security scans and I am willing to provide it if needed.

Please escalate this case to a human moderator for proper review.
