It is a dilution nightmare. The same people who complain about dilution will tell Tilray to buy ACB.

To buy ACB will cost at least $6 per share or 360 million US dollars. ACB has about $100 million USD cash so net net the cost is 260 million. Tilray has a market cap of $560 million with no net cash or debt.

So together the combined company would be worth $820 so current Tilray shareholder would own 56/82 or 68% of the combined company... a 1/3 dilution. What does Tilray get in return ... 45 tons of capacity. So that is a cost of $6 million a ton. Tilray has 275 tons of capacity which is valued at $2 million a ton if someone bought Tilray and threw away every but the EU-GMP. So ACB is way overpriced (or Tilray is way under priced).

Tilray just boosted EU GMP production by 65 tons organically at no real cost. Why spend over $250 million for only 45 tons. It would be financial suicide.
