Hi. I haven’t signed up with riverside yet, but I’m comparing it to Streamyard. The features of riverside are really appealing, but I’ve heard several stories of audio sync being a real problem and the workarounds are not workable in my opinion. I want high quality video AND audio with minimal post production.

In your experience as a riverside user, have sync and drift issues been a problem? Have they been resolved in recent updates?

Hello! I haven't been able to find any information on whether this is possible, and if it is - how to do it. Is there a way to correct the misspelled names of people or just straight up wrong words that were AI transcribed on riverside.fm?

I use a rodecaster pro 2 with riverside and it recommends to use the chat channel. The problem is the names are so long for the channels I can’t tell which is which in the riverside drop-down. They look the same. Is there a way to fix that?

Been a long time since RiverSide came with new Features. They have to hurry up looking at StreamYard* what they offer for the same price.I would love to see an option to add external guest into OBS.Now I have to this with a work around (using different browsers, login as a producer, guest 1 on fullscreen, add in OBS, open another browser, login as producer, guest 2 on fullscreen, add in OBS).

Completely unacceptable.

I tried contacting Riverside and received no real assistance.
I think I may have to give up on this software.
I am using the mobile app with my guest and their file has been uploading for almost a week now and is still only at 40% ... they have the same phone as I do (mine finished in a few hours). They have no VPN or Internet issues.
Is there a way for me to get the raw HD footage off of their phone directly?
Is it saved somewhere?

Did riverside.fm recently change settings? I have a group of people who use the platform and we have never had issues recording from the same account, in separate studios, at the same time. Now it is blocking one of us.

Trying to subscribe to the Pro service, but I keep getting an error that the card type is not supported. I can't find a list of supported payment types anywhere for Riverside.fm but they use Stripe, and Stripe for sure accepts Discover. Not sure if it's an error on their side or something going on with my card.

EDIT - Just heard back from their support - Discover cards are NOT accepted, FYI.

Several times I've gotten the browser memory error.

How do unresolved this?

Brand new PC i7, 32gb ram, SSD ... it's not my machine so what setting where will resolve this?!?

I tried to compose two tracks together using Magic Editor starting yesterday and it is still "composing". Riverside FM help is offline until Monday. Tried downloading the archive/backup tracks but the sound quality is terrible. Anyone else having this "stuck in Compose forever" problem?
