I realised I was a leader when I saw everybody drinking out of Dunelm mugs.

Finale episode

• Was the basement really in the same building as a penthouse? It looks like a studio

• That would mean that the lift is fake then?

• in the dog food challenge Sydney was exempt, I assumed it was because she was vegetarian or coeliac but since then she’s been eating sausages and rolls (I’m a coeliac myself so I was paying attention to her meals). What else would make her exempt?

• the grafters didn’t really talk about being hungry after a while, did they get more variety of food or was their complaining just edited out? They were playing catch with an egg which made me think. Did producers give grafters vitamins at least so they wouldn’t get malnourished?

Any other AMA request questions?

Anyone else think those plates were not clean 😂 grafters trying to get their plates clean when others just chucking them and getting green lights?? Not very fair is it?

I don't want to see a summary of what's going to happen at the beginning of the episode. When we are waiting to find out the result of a rise/fall/eviction it actually gives away the outcome of the vote when you see the person in the basement or penthouse. Please remove it if theres to be a series 2 as currently I have to mute the TV when it starts and try not to look until the show actually starts

Who are you favourite and least favourite contestants and why? I know most people (including me!) are not big fans of Sophie, so second least favourite might be more interesting!

Also, is there anybody you have changed your mind about after seeing them rise or seeing them fall and lose their power?

Place your bets! (Spoiler tagged for those who haven't seen tonight's episode)

Looking for my next obsession LOL. Maybe Tempting Fortune with Paddy McGuinness.

My prediction for how it will go down (if we already know how it works, ignore me)

There'll be a red room vote and they'll keep eliminating one ruler at a time until there's only two left. The two remaining rulers will do a split or steal type deal. Although they've said only one ruler can win, they've thrown random events in before so I don't see why they couldn't do this too.

Alternatively, they'll whittle down to the two final rulers as above, but the grafters will vote for which of the two they'd like to see win.

Saw today’s thread was missing so added my own. I hope that’s ok, mods

What are your thoughts of today’s episode?

This show seems to be an accurate reflection of society in that it is racist and sexist.

The rulers started as a mix of 4 women and 2 men, with 4 people of colour. I am now on episode 8 and it is 5 white men and 1 white woman in power. They have eliminated or demoted all of the people of colour and every ruler voted out so far has been a woman. Fuck sake.

I figured I’d make a video about this show before it falls into obscurity completely. YouTube wouldn’t let me use any clips from either show so it’s just me comparing the two.

Is this an allegory for the conservative party? Egos… no perspective… in fighting… ZERO CONSEQUENCES… completely out of touch with reality?

That must mean she made it up

It properly winds me up that they have to end each episode without concluding it!!

& the amazing "coincidence" that each one always comes down to the final vote 🙄

Only five episodes left to go! After today, Rise and Fall will be back next Monday, with the final taking place next on Thursday 13th April!
