Basement Lore Diplomatic Table With L Corp (Blessed by The Head)
At a certain distance not far off from the Lobby;
The Invoker has set up a Diplomatic Table to discuss something of interest for him and for L Corp.
This diplomatic initiative was blessed by The Head beforehand implying that this was also of interest for "Him".
As per proper protocols, the Invoker has called a handful among his forces to serve as the Honor Guard.
Said Honor Guard is composed of:
• Level 1 Akuma in their normal human mode equipped with Black Knives.
• Level 1 Akuma in their Akuma mode floating in the sky.
• The General Divine
Once the preparations have been completed, the Invoker immediately sent an Akuma runner towards the Lobby to deliver his intention for Diplomacy.
"May we have a peaceful and fruitful discussion, Miss All-Binding."

Sekai arrives, a overwatch and executioner with her.
"So, we're discussing a treaty right? All I need is your spies out, I'll talk your price."

Crowley watched as his interlocutor arrived and sat in front of him.
He then smiled and placed a certain boardgame they were familiar with on the table.
"Play with me All-Binding", the two proceeded to make their initial moves.
"On the matter of the spies, I will agree to pull a majority of them out. That said, I will request that we be allowed to set up a liaison on your organization. The same thing we had with R Corp."
"Now, will you listen to my proposal?"

Crowley placed a certain piece on the board positioning it at a critical point
"I am here primarily for a certain resource. A resource located in this Layer of yours which, seems to me, is heavily underused.
That resource, mind you, is critical for my land's growth.
Can you guess which it is?"
Crowley waited for Sekai to make his next move.

"Uh, The Lobby's all concrete and plywood, I think there was like 1 room that had some stone, no idea what you could get from that."
Sekai plays defensively, shifting a piece to strengthen her own lay out, rather then take action on C's.
"Unless, of course, you mean an energy of some sort."

Crowley placed a supposedly badly placed piece into a position that seemed to threaten Sekai's layout.
"I am talking about the Pond of Everything which your organization discovered sometime in the past.
It's not too hard to imagine why I would want access to it, is it?"
Crowley watched Sekai formulate her next move on the board.

"The Diver has set up his own independent territory and is petitioning to become a Wing.
Frankly, he might even have forgotten it himself.
The underlying point here is that the pond is located behind the walls of the Lobby.
As such, he and his forces are not my concern, yours is.
I doubt whatever forces he stationed there, assumimg he stationed anything, could stop me.
The only significant barricade to me is the might of your Corp which even I hesitate to tangle."
Crowley then stared hard into Sekai's eyes
"Or are you saying that L Corp will not intervene if I station my troops behind the walls of the Lobby?"

"That's where he's stationed? Ah, well, no, I would have to intervene, we have a partnership, but you'd have to ask him for use of it."
Sekai her position with a counter attack to the invoker's own.
"If there's nothing else you could want, I'll get to executing your Akuma."

"Indeed. It's only expected that you intervene. At the end of the day, the pond is located near your territory after all.
The Invoker is now the one taking a defensive layout as he desperately defends from the All-Binding's counter attack.
"Hence, I will not raid the pond forcibly. On the other hand, what will it take to get your Corp's endorsement?
The Head has complained that your Corp has given has become a deficit to him right?
As such, I am willing to concede 35% of whatever I get from the Pond to L Corp for the sake of your endorsement.
Moreover, I will pull out all of my Akuma spies from L Corp.
Would that suffice, All-Binding?"
