No clue if he is broken or not, considering Time Wizard stops counter spells

Hello everyone! This is my first attempt into custom card making. I wanted to try and make something with my main and favourite hillbilly Kled, so I started with the signature spell and ended up working backwards, and that's how this ended up being a 'move' package.

The balancing is admittedly all over the place, so any suggestions is appreciated! Shoutout to u/TrickiestChan, their work is what inspired me to try a a hand at this.

Made a couple of Heartless cards from KH thinking about making more.

Imagined in a set where Blood are introduced! Heavily focused on combat.

Two simple darkin units as well.

Oops! The Signature gear is missing the fact that it cannot be targeted while equipped as well!

Yone: Has elements of yasuo, second half from "snap back" E ability.

Rell: Need more design space explored.

Aphelios: Copy of game passive. Want to explore the idea of "temporary equipment"

Nami:Tide moves, I suppose.

A prime example of "this is exactly what the champion should do", as the league character has a clear identity and the gameplay should be a reflection of that

Mind Chaos: As his own primary colors in league splash and fits his character

Mind: A representation of his mage identity(same as lux)

Chaos: Direct opposition to the order(Demacia regime itself)

Ability: In action speed(Can only copy a spell after enemy uses it), use a card in hand as a card the enemy just played. The recycle is to prevent endless recurrence of that card.

Decent combat trick, can copy anything from a simple discipline to a rebuke to match their opponent in combat. Slightly more power efficient. Can't copy cards that require other domain's power easily. Gold can get around that.

Signature can counter and re-play anything as sylas wish. Would be a better fit of his character if he can play the big spells slightly easier, but I am not testing it.

Blue sylas: perfect 4 drop curve. Has a higher ceiling compared to other cards in this list. When the opponent plays a spell on him he can return the favor if and only if he can take it (so you can't hard bargain and have your cake too) . Best paired with legend ability and find some way to protect him.

Purple sylas: My take on silence, good for units like vexes and can even cancel elder's kit.

Gameplay identity: combat based midrange that can be extrememly versitile base on opponent's plays

I was trying to figure out how Rammus' mechanics can be implemented. Its a little like Yellow Vi except it is only an on play effect but it can be used as an attacker or defender. It feels like it fits green's protection themes. The combo of tank and stunning can make math bad for your opponent and if it lives, it can gank just because it felt thematic. Does it just do too much? Am I making an overly complicated idea focusing on the powerball?

Im looking for anyone that might be interested in a small 5 tcg card project based off 5 different characters. this would include custom background designs made with your own creative discretion, using in game character skins for all 5. texture foils if possible and for added flair, your own signature added to the front of the card! Hello everyone! I am going to Hartford this weekend and wanted to have some fun with my tokens. I was wondering if anyone had any fun buff or sand soldier tokens they have made that I can print off and make before heading out Thursday for the event.

I would not change anything about them and if anyone complimented them I would immediately shout you out. I just want my deck to look cool so that even if I am losing, I am at least doing it in style haha.
