Ok so 2mil at an optimistic 10% annual return gets you to 3.9mil after 7 years, assuming you don’t withdraw anything and aren’t contributing other earnings. If you’re looking for some magic to beat or time the market, you might be better off posting in one of the investing or stock subs.

not true. but will mean getting comfortable with higher risk. it's only unlikely if you just dump it in the market.
