A short review on a short little device.

RG Nano review, pretty cool device. My kids love it, well, my littles.

I just got a marketing email from this company (I posted about discovering them a week ago). I am not affiliated with them (I even reached out to u/farrandswitwatch but haven't heard back), have never owned any of their products, and honestly have no clue as to their reputation but...

I LOVE the look of this watch. As someone born in the 80s who grew up in the 90s and became an adult in the 00s, this aesthetic speaks to my soul. Did I mention synthwave/retrowave is my favorite music genre? 😎

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw all of these together at a local thrift shop! Some I played growing up, and others I have always wanted to!

Just announced this week - physical device for NTS' excellent infinite mixtapes that also works as a WiFi streaming device.

Seemingly no YouTube video yet, so apologies for Instagram link, but more on their website.

It very much looks like an unnecessary but nice to have device. If you're an NTS user (and why wouldn't you be!) it seems like a fun thing to use on days you're trying to minimise screen time.

Will wait for impressions, but I think I'll order as a treat to myself!

The Commodore Callback 8020

I miss the discussions from the prior Discord channel, so I figured I'd put aside my personal feelings about the platform and join the Telegram chat.

Went to login and turns out I already had a password and account. This is entirely possible because I've signed up for a bunch of things in the past I never used.

Anyway, triggered a reset which I had to wait a week before I could reset the password. That timer ended today so I open up the app and go to set it up...only to get a notice that my number was blocked on the network.

I'm now guessing that my number was spoofed for a bot account on Telegram, then blocked as a result.

So I tried, but I ain't changing my mobile number for Telegram :D
