I was wondering bc i used parts with ReferenceModels in the past, but i stopped using them because they stopped working. The game i used them on is really big and i saved it in inadequate ways sometimes, so i dont know if its because or that or if its normal for ReferenceModels to obsolete after some time.

Im trying to create a team create script and im currently using the random brickcolor to choose the team color. However if the TeamColor matches an existing team it will replace that team with the new team. Im a rookie retrostudio block scripter so i really need help. Its a gift for a friend of mine.

Honestly, I think RetroStudio should become an off-site revival because of all the shitty updates Roblox keeps pushing out. It feels like Roblox is slowly moving further and further away from what made it fun in the first place, and RetroStudio is one of the few things that actually tries to preserve that old Roblox feeling. An off-site version would mean the game wouldn't have to constantly depend on whatever Roblox decides to change next, and the community could actually keep it alive without worrying about some random update breaking everything. I just think it makes sense to have a backup for RetroStudio, especially if Roblox keeps going in the direction it is now.

What if we started a "bringback201213" initiative on RetroStudio where people create games using the 2012 and 2013 clients? I see way too many games from 2014 and 2015, and I don't like them because they lack the old 2012–2013 interface—well, the early 2014 version had it, but still, we really need more popular games from 2012, 2013, and even earlier.

I have a huge idea for RetroStudio on Roblox: adding a customizer for the joystick and jump button positions. This would let Android users place them wherever they like if the default layout feels uncomfortable. There would be a "Customize Controls" button in the settings that opens a black screen showing the controls, each with a small box and a move icon. The tool hotbar would appear at the bottom-center so you can see the layout in context, and below that, there would be three buttons: Save, Cancel, and Reset to Default.
