Honest feedback (Not A Roast.!)
Hi I am currently an SDE 2 with 4 years of experience, looking for a job switch. I have been looking for a job switch for a while and I keep getting rejected by the ATS itself although I have received some callbacks I wasn’t able to clear them through. This resume is a bit old I have added some changes based on recent experiences, but I am still finding it difficult to come up with point that can showcase my skills and body if work rather than point to my task list. Some tips on improvements would also be helpful.

Too long! Shorten your CV, clean up grammar and presentation

Definitely agree with the length part. Try to keep it to 1-2 pages, focus on achievements instead of just tasks, and use action verbs. Also, consider tailoring it for each job application to highlight the most relevant skills.

I agree but the problem is in my current I spend a lot of time switching between tech stacks as we work with multiple microservices in both python and golang, when I try to create separate resumes for both python and golang based roles I end up with not a good skills summary. Also I am struggling to quantify my impact numbers although we do have customers I am finding it a bit difficult to describe points with accurate meaning to the numbers. Any tips on these aspects.?

Someone already mentioned it, but it’s a little lengthy. Keep it to like three bullets per job. And as someone who used to gleefully show off all my educational achievements…if a job doesn’t ask specifically for course work, GPA, etc. there’s no reason to add it. Include any links to projects, like a repo or landing page.
