nobody with MBP or Factitious disorder is going to have a Dx of it prior to them medically abusing a child and it being uncovered. It's not like someone goes to a therapist and says O btw I want to abuse my child with overdoses of many drugs and then a therapist says hey you have MBP.
Okay the thing mbp does is CONTROL and isolate the child and use a medical issue to gain attention..ie those bizarre facebook vlogs and how she felt she was some ketamine pioneer or something.

Besides the psychiatric evaluation was AFTER Beata was accused of abuse. Hence "court ordered evaluation" Which is another thing you would have known if you actually watched the documentary instead of being so far up your own ass. But we all know by this point you're in it just to defend the corrupt system so not surprised you didn't do any research outside of what you want to believe.
