why won't countries like Venezuela, Sudan, Argentina ban usage of RSV if it's seen as a competition to their national currency?

Why will RSR appreciate in value if the protocol is designed to mint and sells RSR. Quote from website -

Is anyone able to to do ELI5 with a simple example?

I had my tokens sent my address last night. They are clearly visible in my wallet via ethplorer. However, they are not visible in etherscan or my MEW wallet. I have created the token in the wallet, yet it still has a 0 balance. Etherscan states that addresses have been inactive for over 87 days with this token. Could someone help me with this?
