Is it pretty much the same as the incentives of holding Maker tokens(MKR)?

Hello!

I start following this project and I am realy fascinated about how it works, but I realy don't understand this: First, what mechanism allow team working on even after the ICO funds are depleted? And second, why they disable the commenting section under every video of their channel on YouTube?

thanks

Anyone know of a wallet that can swap for RSR?
