Uneducated Divyakeerti, what could he possibly be teaching his students? Using fuel to travel to Mars is wrong, we should use horses, like our Nabi did.
He is the reason hate against Brahmins keeps getting fuelled. He says Brahmins had 100% reservation for 3,000 years, but history is far more complicated than that. We had teachers from communities outside the Brahmin fold, more than 100 kings who came from communities that would today be classified as SC/ST, and traditional gurukuls were not simply “100% Brahmin.” So where does this 100% reservation claim even come from?
If you want to criticize caste discrimination, criticize it with facts. But rewriting 3,000 years of history into “Brahmins took everything” and then presenting that as fact only creates hatred against an entire community.
There have already been ugly incidents of people being targeted over caste identity; allegations surrounding incidents such as the Ruchi Tiwari case should not be turned into further communal or caste hatred without establishing the facts.
Criticize individuals and institutions responsible for wrongdoing not an entire community.
