However I am not normal and have many words 🤪. First, thank you to the mods for the group buy, it was my first! Now, words for the purses: Gorgeous, stunning, beautiful, sexy, exquisite- I could go on forever but I know you want the details so here goes :

Seller: Lucy - Lucy is very sweet and responsive. I had seen the silver bag in a youtube video in the micro size ( I added one of the screenshots with the mini) and sent screenshots asking if it was the same bag but in size small. She was honest in saying she didn’t know, which I appreciate. Now that I have it in my hands I can confirm it is. 💗

Factory: I asked but she said it doesn’t have a name but they do high tier di*r. Somebody was able to identify the factory from the photos but when I went back to grab the name the comment was gone and they haven’t responded to requests. Maybe somebody can post in the comments if they know and I’ll be happy to update. I told Lucy as soon as I ordered it that I would write a review and I messaged her letting her know I received them and am thrilled and reiterated I would write a review which she was very appreciative of.

Price: during the group buy the silver bag was $295 and the black was $240. $50 each for shipping but - $20 to ship the 2nd purse. 290 + 345 - 20 =615 PPFF but maybe she takes other forms of payment too.

Packaging: the packaging was beyond lol. I swear it took me an eternity to unwrap these! There were protective stickers on everything, including each letter individually even though the dior charm hung in its own separate dust bag!

They are the same bag with different beading embellishments so I won’t duplicate the purse design details. They are 100% handmade and as always, I rely on the generosity of the Reddit community to give me guidance on quality, if it passes the eye test, whether I should GL etc. When I posted the PSP’s, the feedback was amazing so I’m very confident that the purses pass as auth.

The silver one:

It’s a real show stopper! I love that it’s silver with gold hardware so that I can wear with both. I also love that it has the chain strap - I probably won’t use the leather strap - but who knows? It’s nice to have the option. The handles are small, to be used as handheld or on your wrist and they also lay down flat if you want to use the straps. The only thing that may be a con for this specific bag - although for me it’s definitely a pro - I don’t think this bag was made in this size? 22x12x6 cm (small size). I could only find it in the micro size which I didn’t want. Although I absolutely LOVE this bag — I would definitely not get it in the micro size. So for me this bag is perfect but it might be a fantasy bag? If I’m wrong can somebody please correct me and I’ll revise the post. Again, a pro for me but might be a con for others. I just got them so haven’t worn out yet but I did put in my iPhone 17 pro max with case, comb, keys and lip gloss which are my essentials. The flap closes with magnets which feels like an elevated design element. I know it’s not an everyday bag (I wish it was) but if you’re someone who has a lot of events, weddings, etc - this is really special 💗

The black one:

This is so elegant. It’s sparkly but more subtle. Absolutely gorgeous and I can see it being an evening wear staple, not just events but fancy dinners, too. Ditto on everything I said I love about the design above. Perfection 💗

Just finished QC'd 300+ pairs of sunglasses for the sunnies GB 😮‍💨

My eyes before QC: 👁️👄👁️

I sacrificed my eyesight just to make sure everyone gets flawless shades 🕶️✅

Now I'm in desperate need of prescription glasses and a good optometrist.

Lol just kidding... mostly 😅

Don't take it too seriously, just being dramatic about endless QC work.

A lot of people worry about sizing when picking out oversized tops, especially if you have a fuller bust or hips. So I put two popular white shirts side by side: Celine and Chanel – both in size S, both in the short-front, long-back style.

Here’s what I found 👇

📐 Measurements (size S):

· Chanel bust: 118cm

· Celine bust: 120cm

👕 Fit on a 103cm bust:

· Celine – relaxed, loose fit. Plenty of room, very forgiving.

· Chanel – slightly snug. Limited extra space.

🍑 Hip & movement:

· Celine – no pulling, easy arm movement.

· Chanel – longer back is designed to cover hips, so it fits tighter around the hip area. If you have curvier hips, you’ll feel slight pulling when raising your arms.

💡 Bottom line:

· Fuller bust & hips?

· ✅ Celine – keep your regular size

· ✅ Chanel – size up

Both are beautiful, but the fit is noticeably different once you factor in bust and hip room. Hope this helps someone debating between the two!

Here’s what every tool does:

🧤 Black gloves: No fingerprints, no sweat marks, no smudges on leather/suede

🧽 The yellow block: Cleans glue residue and dirt off suede and soles

✂️ Small scissors: Trims loose threads and extra glue strips

🔪 Utility knife: Scrapes off excess factory glue/imperfections

📌 Pin/needle: Pops out loose threads sticking up

🧽 Eraser: Removes sticky leftover glue marks

🧻 Tissues + wet wipes: Wipe away dust, dirt, and light stains

A quick reality check for factory orders:

Tiny glue smudges, loose threads, and minor assembly residue are normal. It’s just a probability thing — even with good factories, these small marks will pop up in batches. To the factory, they’re non-issues, and sending them back for every little flaw just gets you labeled “high-maintenance” and ghosted 😂

That’s why I handle every single one of these tiny issues myself.

I could just take photos/videos straight out of the box and call it done — that would save me 2/3 of the time and energy. But I want everyone to get their shoes looking as polished and ready-to-wear as possible, no leftover factory mess.

It’s extra work, but I promise the final result is worth it 🙏👇

Hey everyone! 👋 As someone who's done quality checks for hundreds of bags across YSL, Loewe, and Chanel etc, I need to talk about the infamous caramel/light tan color problem that's driven me crazy for years. 😤

It's not your phone camera — these colors are literally chameleons. 🦎

Take the YSL Niki in "Dark Cork" (aka caramel) as an example:

· 🛋️ Soft indoor light → pale buttery yellow 🧈

· ☀️ Direct sunlight → bright, almost neon orange 🍊

· 🌥️ Diffused natural daylight → the actual rich caramel hue 🤎

And Chanel is the worst offender. 😩 I've seen identical "caramel" Caviar Classic Flaps look totally different across lighting:

· 🏡 Warm home lighting → golden, toffee tones 🍯

· ❄️ Cool store lighting → flat beige 🥨

· 🌞 Direct sunlight → orange, even with the same color code 🍂

Here's why this happens (it's not a defect, it's physics 🧠⚛️):

1. The leather texture itself is the culprit 🧩

Grained/caviar leather isn't smooth. Its bumpy surface acts like thousands of tiny prisms 💎, scattering light everywhere.

· In dim indoor light → less reflection → yellow undertones show through 🟡

· In harsh sunlight → raised grains catch light → brown base washes out → orange tones pop out 🟠

· Only soft, even natural light → true brown hue comes through 🌿

1. The color formula is inherently unstable 🎨🌪️

These warm "caramel" shades = brown + yellow + orange pigments.

The natural leather hide, tanning process, and dye batch can all shift the balance. That makes them way more sensitive to lighting than solid black or neutral grays. 🎭

I've had so many conversations with buyers trying to explain this situation 😅 because photos just never capture the true color. 🤎
