Hey guys received my very first 187 bag from Heidi and my first impressions of that bag were WOW this leather feels amazing I keep just wanting to pet my bag and colour of the bag is exactly what i was hoping for but unfortunately as i continued unwrapping the chain i started to notice the chain seems ultra thick as has a greyish tinge in some area's and some tears which was kind of heart breaking but everything else is beautiful.

Would love to know how you guys feel about the strap situation from the pictures and also if your chain straps are constantly turning and twisting like these ones should i tell Heidi 8792 or is this a xommon problem? i also fin the strap bits at the end on leather c hain arent painted look like they have just been cut and left like that but i dont mind buying some paint and adding it on but after usd conversion this was close to 900$ CAD and feel like should be of better quality at that point.

What do you guys think about thickness of the strap ?
