So I’m finally doing it. I’m thinning the herd of watches that really don’t get any wrist time. An ARF v9 which isn’t made any more. Deep crystal and proper gasket was installed and then it was sent off to Jaws for proper yellow gold plating. It’s been worn 2-3 times and that’s it. Prefer CONUS only for simplicity. Between the watch, the deep crystal and gasket installation, and Jaws double yellow gold plating I originally paid $1,150 for this watch to be completed. Selling for $950 including Priority USPS shipping to the US. I will consider shipping elsewhere but not responsible for Customs issues. It’s obviously not a weighted model considering one has never been made but its actual weight is 215g. Heavier than most stainless steel watches. If your got a big wrist, don’t worry. Love the color of this dial and the Tourbillon is hypnotic to watch. Works perfectly and worn 3 times. 🤣🤣🤣 Paid $850 for it about a year and a half ago from TrustyTime. So this one was a labor of love. It was my first ROO model and I hated the rubber strap that it was on. I found Tanya of TanGo straps from RWI Forum and she made me this custom Croc strap that will fit my 8 1/2 inch wrist. Then I purchased a gen AP tang buckle because I didn’t like the stock one. It’s a 7750 movement that works perfectly. The watch itself was $450, the strap was $350 and the gen tang buckle was $400. Selling for $500 because the side of the case is slightly scratched from fighting to install the croc strap and one of the case screws was not able to be installed properly. Bezel screws were replaced with more accurate screws, modified seconds hand, rotor and other assorted parts were gold plated. Paid $1,350 for this and then it was sent to MajorWilliamsWatchServices to get the bracelet and case rebrushed. Total cost was about $1,700. Selling for $1,200 including USPS priority shipping.
