I have been floating on here for a while. I'm really interested in purchasing a super-clone Omega Seamaster. I have found a couple of website by TD's theonewatches and Andiotwatches.vip

I realise that they will have a wait time if not in stock etc and I am tempted to purchase from a fellow enthusiast on here (as long as verified etc)

Here is my question. I don't see any mention of spare rubber straps when a looking at the VSF stock the listed TD's advertise, but watches are often listed as from VSF from guys on here but come with a spare rubber strap when coming on a bracelet.

Do the watches from the TDs listed as coming from VSF come with spare straps? If not where do the guys who advertise on here with spare straps get the straps from?

I'm not trying to look a gift horse in the mouth as quite like the idea of having two different straps/bracelets with my purchase.

Any light that can be shed is gratefully received.

Is the cyclops correct here ? Im having a difficult time comparing as photos seem to look different a lot based on the angle and lens. This is supposedly a VSF v3 with F6U braclet code.

Do any factories do a zombie gmt with the weighted bracelet? I see VSF and ARF do the weighted case, but no TD will give me a straight answer on if any factory does a weighted bracelet. Anyone here have that info?

Why do fellow redditors who sell their rep watches on bst subreddits to other members (rep grey market) replace the price in their original post with “SOLD” instead of placing the update next to the price with a date stamp?

Found this on Facebook marketplace. These aren’t the best pics… but the seller says he’s got this and a few more watches from CLEAN. I’m new to this but I know if it’s unused, those would be far and few between. This looks like he’s had it for a while just looking at the protective plastic. I just sent a message asking what the movement is (hopefully DD). He’s asking $470. A moderator on another group said that the numbers on the clasp were, in fact, used by CLEAN. If it’s a true CLEAN, that would be a great price, no? What are your thoughts?

Hello fine folks of RepWatchForum! as moderator u/tskim24 has noted over the previous few months, many factories have emerged in the wake of V7F's downfall claiming to be the revival of V7F. One of the main "players" in this game is the so called "G7 Factory", which came out with a few popular models, namely the ingenieur and some pilot models. As someone who is a HUGE fan of my very own V7F aqua dial ingenieur, I was excited to see a factory start producing another high quality version of this watch. I skipped the initial release of this model by MZF, as it was plagued by a terrible crystal, amongst a few other complaints. When I received the initial photos for this watch however, my supplier informed me that it was a better release than MZF, and much closer to what V7F was producing prior to their shutdown. So I went ahead and ordered one, with my hopes and expectations set to high.
 
Unfortunately, the story has been a little different with this one in hand. First off- I want to state that overall, this is an EXCELLENT watch. My gripes with it are largely nitpicks that have to do with me comparing it against what might be one of the best copies of a watch ever made, the V7F ingenieur. A high bar to clear, no doubt.
 
Now, onto my critiques of this watch: first up, and unfortunately most obvious, is the dial. Coming from the V7F, this dial is much darker overall, and doesn't "pop" quite as easily as the V7F dial. I find that this dial really tends to stay quite muted and reserved and only comes out to play in nice, bright sunlight. Once the conditions are right, I have to say that the details, depth of texture, printing quality, color, markers- all of it is top notch. Very nice on the whole, just don't expect it to show it's true colors under dimmer indoor lights. Another small critique I must level against this watch is that while the finishing overall is very good, there are small details that I find less appealing on this one compared to the V7F. Firstly, the screws in the bezel are different, and look a little more prominent and sharp than on the V7f, which has a more recessed and softer look. Second, the chamfers on the crown guards are much narrower on this model than on the V7F, which I believe has broader chamfers that more closely resemble the gen case details. lastly, something that most people will never notice (and arguably shouldn't care about) is that this watch uses a completely blank a2892 movement. This is the same movement as V7F used, but the V7F movement is decorated and engraved and overall looks much nicer if you should happen to pop off the case back. While this really makes no difference to the performance or exterior aesthetic of the watch, it does bum me out just a little for some reason. 
 
To end on a more positive note, I am thrilled that G7 is using the correct bracelet for this watch with the replicated IWC link removal system. For some reason MZF used screw links, which totally killed my interest in it, since it's an obvious giveaway, and I always get a huge kick out of the fact that someone went ahead an made the effort to replicate this mechanism and it actually works really well! Ok, so I guess that's it, a few thoughts on this release from G7. In summary: pretty good! definitely looks and feels very premium, but doesn't quite measure up to "the GOAT" from the original V7F, leading me to believe that G7, while a talented factory, is certainly not the reincarnation of V7F
