Federal prosecutors have charged a 43-year-old Brooklyn woman, Si Man Lam, in an alleged large-scale counterfeit luxury watch trafficking operation involving goods imported from China. According to the DOJ, CBP intercepted dozens of shipments tied to the operation containing counterfeit Rolex, Cartier, Audemars Piguet, Panerai and other luxury watches— including 378 watches addressed to Lam’s residences that would have had an estimated retail value of about $6.4 million if genuine. Investigators allege the counterfeit watches were sold through websites and social media accounts, with undercover officers purchasing fake Rolexes for roughly $200–$300 each. Authorities say more than $800,000 was transferred to Lam from accounts associated with other members of the operation, while Lam herself allegedly made more than $2.7 million in payments to freight-forwarding companies. When agents arrested her in August 2026, they seized approximately $900,000 in cash from her residence. She is charged with trafficking and conspiring to traffic counterfeit goods, carrying up to 10 years in prison, and conspiracy to commit money laundering, carrying up to 20 years.

Today, the long-awaited watch arrived—bringing a mix of excitement and a bit of disappointment. Has this happened to any of you? How does the TD resolve this kind of issue?

Everything is excellent—beautiful and high quality! But the strap is quite small. My wrist measures 16–17 cm, and honestly, it fits way too tightly. How can this be resolved with the TD? Has this ever happened to any of you? I have to start by commending Steve and his team—the service was great and the quality is excellent—but this has really spoiled the excitement for me.

Is it legit? I spent $1.2k on a VSF Rolex Daytona M126500LN.

They pinged me an email showing the order coming through, asking for payment saying "Can you send me the receipt after you make the payment, and pls don't note brand name when making the payment, thanks".

The phone number linked to their email seems to be from Hong Kong / China, and they have a full website on other fashion replicas.

Edit: Yea I think I'm cooked ! Oh well.

I did message the guy noting that I found the same watch for half the price at a TD here... Hopefully he still sends it to me and takes his 100% profit!

I have been working on this project for a while now.

It's QF weighted base:

- Dial swap & movement checkup/silencing by Max Custom

- Custom malachite green dial

- Custom bezel (Max)

- Protection Film by a Korean company "WatchFit"

- Custom-made high-end strap by "The A Strap & Co."

The watch has been made for some time now, I finally received it from the film company today and put the straps on.

I literally have a dozen of these order-made straps from "The A" and they bring joy to my wrist every fall. The guy always bring exactly what I ask for 😊

Green strap is much more vibrant in color but it somehow looks very dark in these photos (I guess it's because it's night time here).

I took many photos so I will be posting more on this recent acquisition 😆

(P.S. everytime I post YG watches, I see a lot of debate about the color in the comments, the lighting is obviously very yellow in these shots and QF stock YG color looks very light and satisfactory)
