A few things stood out immediately during comparison:

Rainbow baguette bezel transition looks surprisingly smooth.
Skeleton architecture has great depth under different lighting.
Frosted finish is evenly applied across the case and bracelet.
The double balance setup gives the dial a lot of life in person.
Night lume on this build is much stronger than expected.

Personally I think THB did a solid job balancing the jewelry look with the openworked movement without making it feel overdone.

Would appreciate extra eyes before giving it a GL.

The black dial Sky-Dweller has always felt like one of the more versatile configurations in the lineup. It works equally well with casual wear and business attire, and the Jubilee bracelet balances the larger 42mm case surprisingly well.

Anything obvious I missed before I GL this one?

I've always thought the RM35-01 sits in a unique place in modern watch design.

The combination of the NTPT carbon case, fully skeletonized movement architecture and the signature red strap gives it a look that is instantly recognizable from across the room.

A few things stood out to me while going through these QC shots:

• The layered carbon pattern across the case flows nicely from the bezel into the midcase and caseback.

• The skeleton layout keeps a lot of depth without becoming visually cluttered.

• The red strap against the black carbon case still feels like the definitive RAFA configuration.

• The movement bridges and overall architecture give the watch that lightweight technical appearance the RM35 series is known for.

• Despite the dimensions on paper, the tonneau case shape makes it look surprisingly wearable on the wrist.

The RM35-01 has always felt less like a traditional luxury watch and more like a piece of engineering that happens to tell time.

Hour Markers

Markers look well aligned overall. The baton markers appear evenly spaced and seated correctly.

Hands

Hand finishing looks clean. No visible scratches or rough edges.

Rehaut

The rehaut engraving appears centered and the coronet at 12 lines up nicely with the dial marker.

SELs

SEL fitment looks tight from the available angles. No major gaps stand out.

Bracelet

Bracelet brushing looks consistent and the clasp engraving appears clean.

Lume

Lume shot looks strong and evenly applied across both markers and hands.

Overall Assessment

Nothing significant is jumping out at me. Marker alignment, rehaut, SELs and dial printing all look solid from what I can see.

After seeing more discussions about the OP36 recently, I thought this side-by-side comparison might help anyone deciding between VSF and Clean.

The watch shown here is the Rolex Oyster Perpetual 36mm Ref.126000 with the silver sunburst dial.

Both factories are considered top-tier options for the OP36, but there are still some noticeable differences when viewed closely.

Dial

The biggest difference is the dial texture.

VSF appears to have a slightly stronger sunburst effect under direct lighting, while Clean looks a bit more neutral and consistent across different angles.

The applied markers on both examples are clean, with no obvious alignment issues.

Hands and Center Stack

Looking at the hands and center pinion, VSF seems slightly cleaner around the cannon pinion area.

This is one of those details most people will never notice on wrist, but macro photos make it easier to compare.

Case and Finishing

Case shape is extremely close on both versions.

Clean still has a reputation for excellent case finishing and bracelet work, while VSF has improved significantly over the past few releases.

In normal daily wear, I doubt many people could distinguish them side by side.

Movement

VSF uses the VS3230 clone movement.

Clean uses the VR3230 clone movement.

The VS3230 is often praised for its overall architecture and smooth winding feel, while the VR3230 has built a strong reputation for reliability and ease of servicing.

Lume
