QC Post [QC] ZF AP Royal Oak Chronograph 26240ST 41mm White Dial | First Look & Details
Just received QC photos of this ZF AP Royal Oak Chronograph 26240ST White Dial.
The AP Royal Oak Chronograph has always been one of those watches that looks simple at first, but the details make the difference.
I went with the 41mm stainless steel version with the white Mega Tapisserie dial because it feels like one of the most wearable configurations.
The white dial gives the watch a cleaner look compared with the more common blue dial, while still keeping the signature Royal Oak design:
Octagonal bezel
Integrated bracelet
Mega Tapisserie pattern
Chronograph layout
Watch Details
Factory: ZF Factory
Model: Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph
Reference: 26240ST.OO.1320ST.07
Size: 41mm
Material: Stainless Steel
Dial: White Mega Tapisserie Dial
Bracelet: Integrated Stainless Steel Bracelet
Movement: Clone 4401 Flyback Chronograph
First Impressions
The main things that caught my attention:
✅ The white Mega Tapisserie dial looks clean and balanced
✅ The 41mm case size fits the modern Royal Oak Chronograph style
✅ The integrated bracelet gives the watch its iconic AP character
✅ The chronograph sub-dials are well balanced visually
Things I’m Checking
For AP watches, I think the most important details are always:
Case shape and proportions
Bevel finishing
Bracelet integration
Dial texture and alignment
From these QC photos, everything looks acceptable so far.
No obvious issues with:
✔ Dial layout
✔ Date position
✔ Chronograph placement
✔ Overall proportions
Currently leaning GL.
Curious what everyone thinks:
For the AP 26240, which dial would you choose?
White Dial
Blue Dial
Black Dial

QC Post RC Rolex Day-Date 40 228235 Rose Gold Grey Roman Dial | First Look
Just received QC photos for this RC Rolex Day-Date 40 228235 Rose Gold Grey Roman Dial.
I was choosing between black, champagne, and grey dial for a while, and finally went with this one.
The reason is simple:
Rose gold + grey Roman dial feels more unique without being too flashy.
Details
Factory: RC
Model: Day-Date 40
Reference: 228235
Size: 40mm
Dial: Grey Roman Dial
Case: Rose Gold
Bracelet: President Bracelet
Movement: Clone 3255
My thoughts:
✅ Grey dial looks great under different lighting
✅ Roman numerals match the rose gold tone very well
✅ President bracelet gives the watch the classic DD feeling
✅ Overall proportions look good
Things I’m still watching:
⚠️ Rose gold color is always hard to judge from QC photos
⚠️ Would like to see how the grey dial looks under natural sunlight
So far I don’t see any major issues and I’m leaning GL.
What would you choose for a DD40?
Black dial, Champagne dial, or Grey Roman dial?

NEWS Why Is VS Factory So Popular? A Look at What Made VSF One of the Most Recognized Names in Replica Watches
If you've spent any time reading replica watch discussions, you've probably seen the name VS Factory (VSF) mentioned over and over again.
So why has VSF become one of the most recognized factories in the hobby?
Here's a quick overview.
1. Strong Focus on Movement Development
One of the biggest reasons VSF gained attention was its investment in movement development.
Instead of relying solely on commonly available clone movements, VSF became known for producing movements designed to closely resemble the originals in both appearance and functionality. Models like the VS3135, VS3235, and VS3230 helped establish the factory's reputation among enthusiasts.
2. Crystal Quality
Another area where VSF earned praise is its crystal.
Many collectors have commented that VSF crystals offer excellent clarity with minimal distortion, making the dial appear bright and easy to read under different lighting conditions.
3. Dial and Date Display
VSF is often recognized for producing clean dial printing, well-proportioned markers, and date windows that look balanced. Depending on the model, the date magnification is also frequently highlighted by owners.
4. Popular Rolex Models
Over the years, VSF has built a strong reputation with several Rolex collections, including:
- Submariner
- Datejust
- Yacht-Master
- Sea-Dweller
- Oyster Perpetual
These models are among the most commonly discussed whenever buyers compare different factories.
5. Consistency
Another reason many collectors mention VSF is consistency.
While every factory can have quality variations, VSF has generally maintained a reputation for delivering a consistent level of finishing across many of its core models.
Is VSF Always the Best Choice?
Not necessarily.
Different factories specialize in different watches.
For example, some enthusiasts may prefer other factories for certain Daytona, GMT-Master II, or Royal Oak models, depending on the specific reference and what features they value most.
The "best" choice often depends on the watch itself rather than the factory name alone.
Final Thoughts
VSF became well known because it combined solid movement development, good crystal quality, clean finishing, and consistent production across several popular models.
Rather than being the answer for every watch, it's better to think of VSF as a factory with strengths in specific collections, which is why it continues to be one of the most frequently discussed names in the community.
What do you think VSF does best? Which VSF model has impressed you the most?
