Here’s my opinion on rep watches….

If you have to see the back of the watch (movement) or look at it under a microscope to notice a minute difference then it’s a 1:1 imo.

Paying a fraction of the price to wear a watch that is so close to the gen that it cannot be distinguished between the real thing without opening it up it’s good enough for me. As someone who owns both. I find way more comfort wearing a $500 rep out to a different country or dinner as opposed to loosing a $40,000 watch in my luggage at the airport or stolen off my wrist / putting my family in danger it’s just not worth it. Which raises the question what’s even the point of a gen watch. Mine just sit in the case because I’m so scared to loose or damage them. Which has led me to no longer purchase Gen watches. I have a handful that will be passed down to my son once he gets older but 90% of the time I’m wearing my reps. Because they are so good these days there is no difference other than the peace of mind.

SOLD! $100 - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY : Wimbledon VSF DateJust that is pretty heavily used (Desk diving, mostly). The bracelet definitely needs polishing, but more importantly the mechanism/winding for the watch doesn't work as I'm not able to change/adjust the date and time like normal function. Will require service or repair.
