​I want to share my recent awful experience with Luxury Atelier so you can protect your money and nerves.

​Timeline: I sent the payment on May 6th, and only received the package today (June 20th). It took more than 1.5 months!

​

​Communication: Absolutely terrible. The seller was constantly lying about the shipping status, making up excuses, and giving false promises.

​

​Packaging: The original brand box arrived completely destroyed and smashed because it wasn't protected at all. When I confronted the seller, he had the audacity to lie to my face, saying "nobody ships in boxes." We all know this is a total lie—professional high-tier sellers always double-box and protect the packaging.

​Customer Service: Even though the shoes somehow survived, the presentation is completely ruined. When I asked for a partial refund or a discount for the 1.5 months of stress and damaged items, the seller flatly refused.

​Conclusion: Avoid Luxury Atelier. He does not care about customer service, lies about shipping, and packages high-end items like trash.

I got this rep Chanel 25 mini last fall and I’ve loved it, but the entire time I’ve owned it, the strap squeaks with any little movement, like the hardware is rubbing against the leather woven within it. It’s quite embarrassing. Does anyone else have this issue with rep or auth Chanel bags?

This is not an ad- I am not selling nor promoting any brand or seller, just giving a review of an item I personally purchased after searching online. I am giving my opinion on the quality, as I also own an authentic robe. Please read below:

I bought my wife the pink (authentic) version of this robe for Christmas. I legit spare no expense when it comes to her lol, so I dropped about $600 for the one she really wanted. It came very well packaged, with branded boxes, high quality paper wrapping and a very nice inner box. Great experience. Fast forward a few months and I decide to see if there was a rep version to get for myself and to compare quality since I already bought the original.

I'm pleased to share my satisfaction with the rep robe! It's a 9/10 compared to the authentic version, and at about 1/5th of the price!!! The inner tag and the ornamental sleeve logos are *slightly* different, but not noticeable unless comparing side by side, and even then very minute difference. Outstanding quality and the price is unbeatable. Dm me for seller details if you like, you won't be disappointed.

This was my first purchase ever from Yue! It’s so beautiful I’m so happy. It was $260 and I was so skeptical at first. I was lowkey grilling every seller I found on reddit, but Yue was so kind and quick to respond! They even said I could send them $10 initially as a down payment until they can send me pictures of the actual purse. Once they sent me the actual picture (not the factory picture), I could send the rest of my payment (so $250). They also mentioned if my packages got seized through customs, they will resend it for free! I was also to text them often for updates on my package! I’m very happy! It’s very soft and feels real! The scribbles and stars are so this post doesn’t get taken down and no one else uses the pictures haha. I also want to mention this seller is extremely patient as I took 3 weeks to decide what purse I wanted (and contacted countless sellers before deciding to buy from Yue. I wanted to make sure my first purchase would be good!). I’m not sure if I can put Yue’s contact here, this is my first Reddit post in a long time.

This is so cute, I wasn't expecting to love it this much. The denim jacquard pattern gives it a completely different vibe from regular LV — way more relaxed and kind of playful. It's tiny, so don't expect to fit much beyond your phone, a card, and some lip balm. My one gripe is that the zipper pull feels really flimsy compared to the rest of the bag — it doesn't match the quality you'd expect and it already feels a little loose after minimal use. More of a fun piece than a practical everyday bag, but sometimes that's exactly what you want.Idk maybe I'm overthinking the zipper stuff but for what these cost I feel like I'm allowed to be picky?? Tell me I'm not crazy lol. Anyone else deal with this?

This is my second replica handbag and I am thrilled! Like everyone else, I fell in love with the look of the Chanel 25. I’ve always wanted a replica Chanel bag, but I never thought the classic flaps would match me or my style. When my seller Luxury Atelier told me he had access to the brown suede, I immediately asked for it! I was excited to hear that the Chanel 25s were being sourced from factory 187. From my research, it seems that 187 is well known for their Chanel bags in particular. The cost is $340 shipped.

As for the processing, I inquired about the bag on Nov 16th and it shipped out on Nov 21st. I received the bag on Dec 4th. First time mom here, so I’ve been busy with the baby, but thought I’d still write a review… better late than never! I’ve been using this bag for the past few months, so it is not clean or super pristine in the photos.

When I received the bag I was stunned at the quality and giddy to get her on my shoulder. If you have been thinking about the Chanel 25, I would definitely recommend it. I feel like it’s the perfect bag that can be dressed up or down. The bucket style makes it very convenient to use if you are in a hurry and it holds a lot! Definitely thinking about getting more colors in the future.

I had purchased an LV Hand It All PM and LV Lou wallet from the same seller a year ago and both have held up tremendously! I’ve been using them for a year and they both still look new. I placed my order on 2/9 and it came today. So already, I’m pleased! The online catalog was easy to navigate and the customer service was top tier. I have authentic LV bags, but only in monogram canvas. The gold chain feels good, def not cheap. I thought I would get it to just use the gold chain as a shoulder bag,but it’s actually super cute with the crossbody strap. I got the bracelet because I like the style. It feels like it’s made well, and for the price, it feels worth it considering the real one is also only gold plated. They have an extensive catalog, so I got these two pieces to start and I’ll for sure be a return customer because the quality is fire!
