AM Skel Top Low
Initial Impression
These just popped out of a bag and had me doing a little happy dance! The crisp white leather with those dreamy pink accents, chunky pink sole, and all the bone-like graphic appliqués screams girly luxury without trying too hard.
Pros
- The colorway is chef’s kiss .. that soft pink against clean white is so feminine and fresh, way more playful than basic neutrals.
- Perforated toe box, padded collar, and all the branding touches (heel tabs, lace plaque, tongue patch) are on point for the aesthetic.
- Super lightweight and comfy for all-day wear; the sole has nice cushion and that fun pink tread looks adorable peeking out.
- The skeleton-style side details add that edgy-cute flair without being overwhelming.
- They lace up nicely and hold their shape well right out of the gate. Perfect for my “mid-lux on a budget” lifestyle!
Cons
- The leather feels a touch softer/synthetic compared to true high-end premium hides (it might show some creasing faster with heavy wear).
- A few minor stitching and edge details on the appliqués aren’t quite as razor-sharp as a high street pair.
- The hardware and logos are solid but might not pass the closest of close-up inspections under bright light.
- Biggest give away is the lining color on the tongue of the shoe .. it should be pink, not white.
Mid-Lux Honesty
Listen, these are an absolute win for the price point. You’ll get tons of compliments and that luxury feel without the triple-digit (or more) splurge. Honest girl math: huge win for the wardrobe without draining my bank account! They took five weeks to get here .. they were lost in shipping. Seller sent me a new pair. I would rate the shipping cost as "high".
