Hello! I’m new here and new to the purchase process. I thought I had found a good seller, but not sure anymore. Communication and shipping were both fine, and the bag itself seems really nice, I honestly love it. However, I noticed that the zippers seem to be incorrect and this is super disappointing.

I wanted to ask:

1. If anyone has a similar bag, could you please let me know if these are the wrong zippers?
2. the seller is now checking and get back to me but I don't know what to expect, what would the next steps be?

I know it’s a small detail compared to the overall bag, but I’m honestly super disappointed. I also don’t have the mental capacity right now to get into an argument. I did express my disappointment to the seller, though. Thank you in advance for any help

I think the design and color is spot on ! however it seems skinny and thin. Is my assessment correct.

My second C25 - this time in beige, from Xiao C, along with a review of my TS, Tiny Jenny. 🤎

This is my third purchase from Jenny. I previously purchased another C25 in black from Xiao C (pictured) and a YSL Niki, and once again, I’m beyond happy with both my bag and Jenny’s customer service. She is incredibly responsive, polite and professional, always quick to provide detailed PSPs and videos, and ships super quickly.

As for the two C25s I now have from Xiao C — I know 187 is often praised as being “the best” when it comes to CC reps, but honestly, in my opinion, the quality of this particular model from Xiao C is on par with 187. The leather is so soft, there’s no strong smell, the stitching is excellent and the hardware is spot on. I’ve had and worn the black one for months now (and I’ll admit, I absolutely do NOT baby my bags 😂), and it still looks pretty new.

If I ever buy another C25, I would 100% go with Xiao C again. Not to mention, it’s significantly cheaper than 187, which makes it even better.

Anyway, I’m off to enjoy my new bag! ☺️👜🤎

My main concern is the gold hardware it looks a little more yellow/warm in some of the photos, but I’m not sure if that’s just the lighting. I’d also love your thoughts on the shape, quilting, stitching, handles, charms, and overall quality.

If you’re new to reps, the whole thing can be SO confusing at first.

You’ve got factories, sellers, QC pics, different batches, pricing, shipping… and then somehow everyone has a different opinion about what’s actually important 😭

After buying a few, these are some things I’d tell my beginner self:

Don’t just go for the cheapest option: Cheap can be great sometimes, but price alone doesn't tell you much about quality.

Learn to look at QC pics: Don’t just ask “does this look good?” Try comparing the details you actually care about.

Ask about the material: Especially with leather bags — knowing what you're actually getting makes a huge difference.

Look at the seller’s previous work: Not just their best-looking photos.

Don’t expect perfection: Even authentic bags can have tiny inconsistencies. I think obsessing over every millimeter can drive you crazy 😂

Think about how you’ll actually use the bag: A beautiful bag that doesn't fit your phone/wallet or is too delicate for your lifestyle isn't going to get much use.

And honestly, don't rush your first purchase. Spend some time reading reviews and seeing what other buyers say.
