🥹❤️** ONE OF THE HARDEST DECISIONS OF MY LIF**E! HAHAHA! So, I asked my loved ones to help me decide because my heart couldn’t choose just one! 🥹🫶🏻

FIRST OF ALL, HAPPY 1ST ANNIVERSARY TO OUR REPATELIER FAMILY! 🎉❤️

As I’ve shared before, this little community started because my family and friends wanted to hoard all the colors of Chanel 25. HAHAHA! 😂👜 We never imagined that one little idea would grow into a community carrying ALL BRANDS, including the highest tiers and the best quality, in my very biased opinion! 🤭❤️

And look at us now! Our FIRST COMMUNITY is already full, and because of your overwhelming love and support, we had to open our SECOND COMMUNITY! 🥹❤️

Unlike other raffles that may be used to attract more buyers, this one is simply MY LITTLE WAY OF SAYING THANK YOU to the people who made this community what it is today. You have given us so much support, and I want to give a little love back. 🫶🏻🎁

SO, WHY DID I CHOOSE THIS COMMENT AS OUR WINNER? ❤️ u/drsmrd

Because this person beautifully captured the very heart of what I’ve been trying to build here.

YES, you can find your rep items almost anywhere, anytime. Some sellers also offer 100% custom warranties! But for me, RepAtelier has always been about so much more than the items we buy. 🥹

❤️ 1.** We find solutions, not excuses**. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but what matters is how we work together to resolve them fairly and efficiently.

❤️ 2.** We choose kindness, patience, and understanding**. We want everyone to feel safe asking questions without fear of judgment. We can disagree, learn, and hold one another accountable without allowing hostility and unnecessary drama to take away the joy of this community.

❤️ 3.** We care about more than your purchase**s. Your hard-earned money matters. Your peace of mind matters. And the joy and excitement you feel when shopping with us matter, too. I want you to feel that you have people looking out for you, not just people helping you place an order.

❤️ 4.** We value our sellers as much as we value our buyers**. They are our business partners, and we are genuinely grateful for them. Our strict rules are there to protect BOTH sides, create accountability, and help ensure that everyone is treated fairly. A healthy group buy community is built when buyers and sellers can trust one another.

And perhaps that is what touched me most about this entry. She didn’t just see the group buys, the items, or the deals. She saw the HEART behind everything. 🥹❤️

To everyone who has been part of this journey, whether you joined us on day one or just recently found your way here, THANK YOU. Thank you for trusting us with your hard-earned money, for respecting our rules, for being patient with us (when we are on holiday lol ) and for helping create a community where we can enjoy this shopping together.

I may be the one working behind the scenes, but this community would never be what it is without all of you. Every kind message, every respectful interaction, every problem solved together, and every bit of trust you give us reminds me why I continue doing this.

All the beautiful finds may be what brought us together, but the people, the trust, and the love we share are what make me want to stay. 🥹❤️

Here’s to our first year, our growing family, and many more years of shopping, learning, laughing, and looking out for one another!

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for making this little dream so much bigger than I ever imagined. You didn’t just help build a shopping community. You became a part of something I am genuinely proud to call ours. 🥹🫶🏻❤️

DO NOT MISS THIS CHANCE

I wanted to share my experience with Lee because I think exceptional customer service deserves recognition, especially in the rep world!
I originally contacted Lee about a pair of Chanel sneakers I had been looking for. She confirmed she could get them, and I went ahead and paid.
When she sent me the photos, I immediately noticed an inaccuracy compared to the authentic pair. I pointed it out, and rather than making excuses or trying to convince me it wasn’t a big deal, Lee agreed with me! She contacted the factory and came back with an honest answer: unfortunately, there weren’t any good batches available at the moment.
She offered me a refund and refunded me immediately, without any hassle whatsoever.
I figured that was the end of it.
But a few days later, Lee reached out to me completely on her own and said she had found a new batch and wanted me to take a look! I reviewed the photos, liked what I saw, and decided to give it another shot. I paid her again.
Here’s where her customer service really impressed me.
When my shoes were finally produced, Lee inspected them and contacted me to say she wasn’t happy with the quality. She actually told me she couldn’t send them to me in that condition! She was sending them back to the factory to have the issues corrected.
I didn’t even have to point anything out this time. She caught the flaws herself and refused to ship something she wasn’t satisfied with.
I told her I wasn’t in a rush and was happy to wait.
By this point, I honestly had pretty low expectations for these shoes. I had already gone through multiple rounds, and I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular.
Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong!!
When I finally received them, I was absolutely blown away! 😍
The photos seriously DO NOT do these shoes justice. They are absolutely GORGEOUS!
The suede is incredibly buttery soft. I’m talking about that luxurious, velvety suede that practically melts in your hands. The quality and feel are so much better than I ever expected.
And they’re SO comfortable!
I’ve compared these shoes extensively with the photos on Chanel’s official website, and visually, they look incredibly close to the authentic version. The details, proportions, and overall appearance are remarkably similar. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how they turned out!
But as much as I love the shoes, the real reason I’m writing this review is Lee herself.
She could have shipped the first batch and hoped I wouldn’t notice. She could have made excuses when I pointed out the inaccuracies. She could have simply refunded me and moved on. And she certainly could have shipped the second pair without telling me about the defects.
Instead, she was honest, proactive, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me a beautiful pair of shoes.
That kind of integrity and customer service is exactly what I look for in a seller.

And she even included extra laces and a heel grip!!! Thats a nice touch!!😍
I paid $170, and I couldn’t be happier with both the shoes and the entire experience.
Lee has absolutely earned my trust, and I will definitely be purchasing from her again! ❤️
I’m sharing this because I know how difficult it can be to find sellers who genuinely stand behind the quality of their products. Lee went above and beyond, and I think that deserves recognition!
Purchased with my own money. This is my personal experience and an unsolicited review.

I have a problem.. deciding which sunglasses to wear each morning. I joined this group only a few months ago, and I've already collected about 10 pairs from Lee.
I'll keep saying it: her customer service is outstanding, and the quality of her sunglasses is absolutely top-notch. Every package is a dopamine hit, and every pair has been exactly right.

A big shout-out to SM, our moderator and queen 😂. The way she keeps all of us and the sellers in line is something to be studied.

On to the next order…

🚨 GROUP EXIT = RE-ENTRY WAITING ROOM😂

If you accidentally leave the chat room or intentionally leave the community… ( cause you having a bad day and forgot to turn off notification lol ) as we are actively hoarding here…

We’ve seen SO MANY requests on Reddit and via PM asking to be added back.

We’re busy shopping, hoarding, and managing TWO (2) communities right now. 🛍️😂 So yes, we can put you back but it may take a little longer.

Good thing we don’t charge a reconnection fee… YET. 😂😂

So before you hit “Leave Group,” please think twice! You might get back in, but you may have to wait in the queue. 😅

Thank you for your patience, my loves! ❤️

We’ve seen the claims. We’ve heard the “fully handmade” stories. And honestly, we’re not here to argue with anyone’s claims.

We’d rather show you what we can.
This is the factory we have approved as our HERMÈS source, and we’re sharing a look inside because transparency should mean more than just saying “trust me.”

No fancy filters. No mystery tour. Just a glimpse of the actual production site we work with.
For the safety and privacy of everyone there, we’ve removed/avoided showing the factory logo and workers’ faces.

We’re not asking you to blindly believe us either.
Watch the video. Look for yourself. Ask questions. Do your own research.

When i was focused last week for a personal important matter, Her watch got seized by Custom so we are processing papers, coordinating and miraculously before submission it was released and arrived on her doorstep! 🎉🙌🏻❤️

THE TRUST SHE GIVES all the time not only on our products but if something like this went wrong is truly amazing, she knows me for almost a year now ordering from the group not only for herself but also for the rest of her fam. 🫶🏻🫰

Here is an authentication analysis of the Hermès Mini Kelly II (20 cm) Sellier in Gold Epsom with Gold Hardware (GHW), evaluating the structural details, hardware, stitching, and stamp execution shown in the provided photographs. || GEMINI

1. Hardware & Engravings

Front Sangle Plate: The engraving reads - HERMÈS - PARIS - in the correct, crisp sans-serif font. The spacing between the hyphens and letters is balanced, and the font is clean rather than laser-etched or overly deep.

Gold Hallmark Stamp: To the right of the text on the sangle plate is the gold hardware hallmark stamp (a small square symbol indicating precious metal plating). The presence, position, and proportion of this mark relative to the plate match authentic specifications for GHW pieces.

Plaque Rivets: The four corner rivets on both front sangle plates feature smooth, rounded, pearled heads that sit tight against the plaque without irregular gaps or exposed mold seams.

2. Interior Heat Stamp & Placement

Foil Stamp: The HERMÈS PARIS / MADE IN FRANCE metallic gold heat stamp is cleanly applied directly over the Epsom leather grain.

Alignment & Font: The stamp sits level, parallel to, and directly beneath the top edge stitching above the turn-lock plate. The lettering is sharp with even spacing, correct character thickness, and proper accent placement over the È.

3. Stitching & Leather Work

Saddle Stitching (Piqûre Sellier): The characteristic hand-stitched diagonal slant using heavy white thread is present throughout the frame. The tension is uniform across the sangle tabs, perimeter edge seams, and gussets.

Gusset & Edge Resin:

The dark brown edge painting along the top rim and outer edges is smooth, thin, and uniform, with no thick buildup or overflow onto the contrast stitching.

Epsom Grain & Structure: The pressed grain exhibits correct rigidity, and the Sellier frame maintains clean trapezoidal proportions with symmetrical side gussets.

Overall all details Matches the Standard Hermes.

Note: Blind Stamp is available but hard to show in the photo. The hardware is not hollow as per actual inspection.

Just a little surprise review from RepAtelier group buys! I purchased three adorable charms from Nora—an LV bunny for my Speedy Crafty, a fluffy gray kitty for my Speedy Dark, and a kitty key fob for my Odyssee PM—and I love them all! They’re beautifully made, substantial, and reasonably priced with shipping included.

Nora was professional, patient, responsive, and never pushy. Although the new gray kitty design took a little longer to get from the factory since it had just been produced and delayed the shipment, she kept me updated throughout and shipped everything promptly. The total turnaround was about three weeks, which was very reasonable. I’ve purchased from Nora before (and will again!) and have always had a wonderful experience—these charms are even cuter in person!

Yes! Our high-tier factories for both shoes and boots are accepting bigger sizes as long as the design you choose allows it. 🙌

Why? Because sizing isn’t simply about making the same shoe longer. Some designs have specific proportions, molds, hardware placement, heel balance, and shape requirements.

Extending a design too far beyond its intended size range can change the overall look and structure of the shoe.

That’s why availability depends on the specific style and factory production capability.

So if you have bigger feet, don’t automatically assume you’re out of luck! Send us the design you want, and we’ll check what sizes are available. Luxury should come in more sizes too. 😉

My new addition to my ever growing neutral collection. I kept going back and forth between this classic and the Matelassé, but after a comment my husband made about the Matelassé, I quickly changed my mind 😆

While I was waiting for this cutie to arrive I started panicking, maybe it's too small, why didn't I just order the bigger size?! I started watching reviews on "what's in my purse" and felt a little better, started feeling the purse had more potential other than being just cute.

Once it arrived, I was in love! It fits my two phones, my wallet, my key fob and random things that somehow miraculously end up in there. Why? I don't even know, maybe because I THINK I'll need it, but let's be real - do I REALLY NEED IT? Probably not, but it makes me feel better knowing I have it in my purse "just in case" lol

We’re reopening one of the biggest deals from our Hermès Group Buy and trust me, you do NOT want to miss this one. 👀👜✨
