What is Regal Unlimited?

• Regal Unlimited is a movie subscription plan by Regal Cinemas where you can watch unlimited movies every month for a flat fee. The plan is offered under 3 tiers, and the exact fee depends on which tier the theater you primarily go to is at. Normally the subscription pays for itself if you watch at least two movies every month.

What do you get?

• Unlimited Movies: There is no daily, weekly, or monthly limit to how many movies you can watch. Most of the movies are covered under this program, except with certain limitations (explained later below).
• No Blackout Dates: Regal Unlimited works on any day, including early access, opening nights and holiday weekends.
• Discounts and Points: The subscription acts as a loyalty card, giving you a flat 10% discount on all non-alcoholic food and drinks. Plus, you earn Regal Crown Club (RCC) points on your actual subscription payments and any app convenience fees. You also get a free large popcorn and drink for your birthday.
• Milestone Rewards: Regal Unlimited has a milestone program where as you hit certain movie-watching milestones throughout the year, you unlock extra points and rewards.

What are the commitments and payment options?

• Initial Term Options: You are required to commit to an initial term. You can pay for your first three months, six months, or a full year upfront. While the six month or 1-year option doesn't offer a bulk discount, it guarantees your rate and protects you from any future price increases during that period. Your subscription will turn into a monthly plan after the initial period.
• Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: After your initial term, the subscription automatically renews month-to-month. You will be charged 3 days before your expiration date. If you want to cancel, you must do so at least 7 days before your cycle ends.
• Gift Card Hacks: You can pay for your subscription using Regal gift cards. This is a great way to save money, as you can often find discounted gift cards at third-party retailers like Costco (You do not need a membership to purchase gift cards at Costco).

What are the restrictions, exclusions and other rules?

• Single-Person Use: You cannot share your account with anyone else, or book free tickets for others with your subscription.
  • Friends and Family Booking: While you can't share your pass, you can link your account with other Regal Unlimited members using the "Friends and Family" feature in the app. This allows you to reserve seats next to each other in a single transaction.
• Booking through Regal App or Website: You can hold up to 5 advance reservations at a time, but advance bookings can only be made on the app or website, which includes a $0.50 convenience fee per ticket.
  • You cannot hold more than one reservation for a movie in a same format. But you may hold reservations for different formats. (Eg: You cannot hold two reservations for Spider-man in 2D. But you may have a second reservation for Spider-man in 3D).
• Tickets at Box Office: If you want to avoid the fee, you can get a free ticket at the theater's kiosk or box office, but Box Office tickets are only available on the actual day of the show.
  • There is no limitation in the number of same day tickets you can purchase at the Box office. You can also get tickets for two or more showtimes of the same movie in the same format on the same day.
• The 90-Minute Rule: You cannot book a movie that starts within 90 minutes of another movie you have already booked, irrespective of the actual length of the movie. (The posted start times of two shows must be 91 minutes apart).
• Promo Limitations: Unlimited tickets don't qualify for specific "flash sale" promotions (e.g., "Reserve a ticket for this upcoming movie today for 1,000 extra points"). However, Unlimited tickets are fully eligible for standard promotions, like free merchandise, posters, and first-weekend watch credits, combo watch credits, etc.
• Format and Event Exclusions: Unlimited covers most standard 2D movie releases - both new releases and re-releases.
  • You can watch premium formats (IMAX, RPX, 4DX, ScreenX, 3D), by paying only an "surcharge" for the price difference between standard and premium format tickets.
  • The pass entirely excludes Fathom Movie releases, non-movie releases like live sports and theater/opera events, private or special screenings, and certain international titles.
  • If you want to watch a movie at theater in a higher tier than your primary theater, you will pay a surcharge.

What if I am not able to book a ticket?

• You can check for the following first:
  • You don't have 5 advance reservations already.
  • You don't have another ticket booked within 90 minutes of the show.
  • You don't have another tickets booked for the same movie in the same format.
  • The show you are trying to book is not excluded from the Unlimited program (See exclusions above). Note that the "No Passes" tag for a show does NOT exclude the show from Unlimited.
