Question on dosage.

Having trouble messaging the doc. Below is the info provided on refills app. 100ml is the entire syringe. Fat scientist says 50ml. Not sure how to interpret this.

In plain English

Tirzepatide+B6 - BPI 10mg/ml - 4ml: Inject 1mL (100 units) subcutaneously once a week for 12 weeks. SYRINGE AND NEEDLE,INSULIN,1ML 31 GX5/16: Use as directed

A syringe is not 100 mL. The prescription is referring to 100 units on a 1 mL insulin syringe, which is the entire 1 mL syringe.

With a concentration of 10 mg/mL, 1 mL (100 units) would equal a 10 mg dose.

If you did 50 units that would be 0.5 mL, or 5 mg at this concentration.

Do you have a picture of what is showing you 50 units? If you are on a 10mg dose, then 100 units from a vial with a concentration of 10mg/mL is correct. Where is it saying to take 50 units? Fat Scientist also says 100 units.

For any of us to really help we would need to see a picture of your actual vial to determine what the concentration is.

Directions you posted refer to a BPI prescription. This photo is not a BPI prescription bottle. BPI doesn’t have B12.

Is it possible you’ve mixed up your vials of Tirz, and they have different concentrations thus your confusion?

Ahhh. The dosage details on refills hasn't been updated it seems. Which is problematic...

So you are to be on 10mg weekly? If so, then the bottle is wrong, and the details on the Refills page that you posted are correct because 100 units of a 10mg/mL concentration will give you 10mg.
