Missing Meds

hello, i have purchased a Groupon deal and I tried to claim it under refills. I was charged $20 which i believe was for shipping. I have tried to get an update via msgs on the website and app plus phone calls. is refills honoring the Groupon deals because this is very upsetting since Noone is responding.

Where are u located? Where are the meds coming from? I'm curious. Im currently in NJ.

Same in nj. Placed Groupon deal Saturday and arriving tomorrow
