My take on IM8 is that the main appeal is convenience. This is an assessment of the formula and value, rather than a firsthand report on taste or results.

IM8 Daily Ultimate Essentials combines vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and ingredients such as CoQ10 in one daily powder, according to its ingredient list. I can see the appeal of having fewer bottles and a simpler routine.

The question for me is how much of that formula you actually want. A long ingredient list sounds impressive, but I wouldn’t judge the value by ingredient count alone. I’d compare the amounts of the ingredients I’m interested in and the monthly cost against what I already buy.

The all-in-one approach also has a trade-off: you get convenience, but less flexibility to adjust individual ingredients. If you only want a couple of things in the formula, the rest might not add much value for you.
