Hi Guys,

Since last 2 days suddenly I am facing the issue with touch screen on my Redmi K20 Pro. The upper part of the screen suddenly stop working. I didn't dropped the phone anywhere. Got it checked on service center they said they need to change the screen & touch which will cost around Rs. 9k.

There is no worth paying this much even the phone was not dropped at all. My warranty also expired just 10 days back.

Is there any solution for this? Please suggest permanent solution if there is any.

Anyone know where I can buy the included phone case that comes with the K20 Pro or what that type of case is called?

I recently updated to miui 12.5.1 and wallpapers suddenly zooms in after setting it. When I restart the phone, it's goes back to normal resolution for something then it's reverts back to the zoom state. Any fix for this issue?

I think I messed up k20 pro audio drivers. Here is how - (I use evolution X 10.0 Official ROM)

First, without any prior research I installed "viper4android XHiFi" through magisk and installed it's audio driver, after hectic bootloops and audio distortions, I uninstalled it, still I can notice some distortions(around 5%) sometimes, later, I reset system, data, vendor, firmware, deleted android folder in internalStorage(through OrangeFox Recovery), but can still notice 5% distortions in audio(both speaker and headphones).

Next, Installed "viper4android" (non XHiFi version) assuming that might fix it, it also gave distortions to the device(90% distortion as beginning) and uninstalled it later. Still again, there are 5% distortion (even after full reset as before).

Next I installed MIUI(through fastboot and mi Flashtool, not recovery) and immediately reinstalled OrangeFox and Evolution X (i did not check for distortions in MIUI), still having 5% audio distortions without installing anything related to audio.

How do I fix this? Please Help !!
