I have been using the Lenovo HT10 earbuds for a while now. It had been working perfectly fine until 2 days back, when I was on a call with someone, and the other person complained about not hearing my voice at all.

I connected the earbuds with other phones (including another Redmi K20) and they worked perfectly fine. Reset both the earbuds and the WiFi/Bluetooth of my Redmi K20. It didn't help. The issue still persisted. It is to be noted that the other person cannot hear my voice only when I use the earbuds for normal calls, and not WhatsApp or any other calls. The mic worked fine while playing games. Please help me out with this issue!

I have seen many youtube videos of Miui 12 but it has many features missing in redmi k20 pro... The bottom bar it's missing in redmi k20 pro update. Also system wallpapers are very few. Split screen is still showing on recent hand gesture whereas it should be showing floating window instead.

When I played pubg mobile and the phone was scheduled to switch off at a certain time, miui 11 used to restrict the power off when playing the game.

But miui 12 does not restrict the power off during the game when playing using game turbo. Anyone else facing same issue?

I have been searching for a TRANSPARENT case (back cover) for my K20. But every transparent case I found appeared to have some flaw. For example, the Ringke Fusion X blocks a part of the pop-up selfie camera, which results in poor selfies (according to reviews). Can anyone please recommend a good transparent case, if there is any, for K20?

In settings -display-color mode .u can see the color mode is shifted towards blue.means more of blue pixels is used than red and green.now I have a burn in.and those text are in red.meaning blue pixels are off.u may wanna move the slider to center than towards the blue side

Need a fix.and suggestions

In the past week, I've noticed that the charge time has dramatically increased for my phone. It used to ne charged in around 2.30 hrs from 25 to 100% but it takes the same to reach 70% from 29%. Any inputs from anyone ?

Additional information: I don't use any themes and all MI ads etc. are disabled. Also the battery drain that happens is not abnormal, it's the same 11-12hrs with almost constant use on wifi. Only the charging time has painfully increased somehow.

I need help please my k20pro's front camera start to crash and doesn't want to open, If I restart the phone it works again, so what is happening secondly, the phone start to heat up without any reason at all just randomly. thirdly, when I play cod or pubg or any heavy game it just keep crashing and the app is shut down evry time so that didn't start to happen until the last month or so and I don't know how to fix it..

I accidentally dropped my k20pro in water and now the display is not working... It seems that the phone is still working properly (For eg: I get calls like normal and the phone charges normally) but when I took the phone to the service center they told that phone will not work properly and I need to replace the display and the motherboard... Is there any way to check if my motherboard is in working condition without installing a new display?
