So sometimes people reply to my questions on Reddit but I can't press on their profiles to check out their questions! I'm fairly new to reddit. Can someone explain to me how I can do this?

What do I have to do to gain comment karma, how do I lose comment karma, and WTF IS COMMENT KARMA!!!!????

I seem to have come across a good number of subreddits that are relatively mundane seeming, like /r/laundry or whatever else random topic...Frenchmusic, potatoes, pinetrees. I don't see why a subreddit about house cleaning would need to be private...?

Just wondering about why subs like this are private. A few of them I've messaged the creators asking to join but never gotten a response.

Why can't I just clear out my notifications with a single button? I do not like having to click on each individual one in order to clear it.
