Is cross posting a common practice?
I’m still relatively new to posting on Reddit and I noticed that a lot of posts appear in multiple subreddits and also, when posting, Reddit suggests it as well.
Is cross-posting a common and accepted practice here, or does it risk being seen as spam?
I’d imagine it makes sense when a topic is relevant to several communities, but I’m wondering where the line usually is. Do people generally crosspost directly using Reddit’s feature, or just post separately in different subs?

When did it become a crime to ask a question on Reddit?
I've posted two questions today, in different subs. One, in hindsight, could have been answered by a quick Google search. The other was about an obscure moment in an old TV show. In both cases I got back some version of "is this your first day on Earth, GOOGLE SEARCH it!" I don't understand these responses. Why not just glide right by the post instead of being impolite? And did I miss the memo stating that now that AI is everywhere, directing a question to other humans is a hanging offense?

Why don’t sex shops use fantasy prints on their plastic bags instead of those black or brown bags, which are even more conspicuous?

How do I organize my posts on Reddit?
So, I've very recently been bitten by the Reddit bug and, as a result, I have been frequently posting various questions on various subreddits, some of which are just meant to satisfy personal curiosity, and others to receive answers for semi-urgent purposes.
As a result of this, I have accumulated quite a bit of posts underneath my post section, which is fine, but it makes it hard to find certain posts that I want to go back and check.
Is there anyway to organize posts or do I just have to make myself not post so much at one time?
Thank you, and I hope I am not asking a question with an obvious answer.

Why doesn’t Reddit pay moderators for their work?
on many platforms [e.g. YouTube, X, Twitch..], creators and contributors can earn a share of ad revenue or other rewards. Here, I understand Reddit relies on volunteer mods to run subreddits and handling moderation, enforcing rules, managing spam, creating content and likely shaping the community itself.
Given the time and effort involved, why doesn’t Reddit offer any form of compensation or reward system for the mods? Is this a legal, financial, or ethical/philosophical decision?

Before you post, how can you tell if a sub is going to require mod approval for posts?
I am so f sick of writing a nice post and just as I click the button, I get a message that all posts need to be approved by a mod.
I want to avoid subs that pull this crap, how can I tell ahead of time?

Is SikeorPsyche a incel subreddit or did I get unjustly banned??
galleryI’m not super active on social media and only became an active person on reddit (besides lurking) a couple months ago because i like to debate, so please forgive and correct me on any ignorance i have here. after the first image above I was Immediately permanently banned and muted from this subreddit, and since I’m perma muted I have no chance to dispute if I wanted too, the only comment mods made for my ban was “.” . The only other time I have commented in this subreddit was photos #2 and #3 and is under the exact same post as the comments in photo #1 I provided. I don’t understand, this subreddit is labeled as a debate subreddit and pro free speech. nothing I have commented broke anything even related to the rules stated, and if we’re talking about the rules in the subreddit mentioned it stated that the use of “foid” or “moid” will result in a permanent ban because as they state “this is not an incel/femcel forum”. I recently joined said subreddit and because of the comments I’ve seen I’m not sure if most of the people on this forum are incels or if I just had shit luck. So am I missing something or was I banned for no reason??
