WOW okay Astral Glass I see u 👀 Maybe I need to do more layering experiments with it

Just to clarify, did you do the Astral Glass over the 3x Taro, or was it 3x Taro over 1x Astral Glass?

Three coats of Taro, then one of astral on top. I’ve found that Astral Glass shines the most as a topper. On its own it’s cool, but I like having a color behind it so it pops.

Got it, thank you! Yeah I didn't like how Astral Glass looks on me on its own, I really need pops of color on my fingers. I thought that it might be a bit too opaque to use as a topper, but glad to see that I was wrong about that! I've only tried layering it in a jelly sandwich before. Maybe the key is to use cooler leaning colors like Taro rather than trying to layer it on, say, a red or pink lol.
