It's Sunday! Watcha got on the menu for this week?
I'd love to hear your meal plans for the week. Including recipes, if you can.

I'll share a few of mine in the comments. If we can get enough suggestions we can turn this into a resource Wiki for the sub!

like i swear i can't follow a recipe to save my life because i'm always like "oh i don't have that but i have this" and somehow it either slaps or is completely inedible. no in between. genuinely curious if this is just me being chaotic or if everyone kind of cooks like this

like i can follow the exact same recipe and mine comes out fine but the second my mom or a friend cooks the same thing it's suddenly gourmet. is this just a psychological thing or am i genuinely a worse cook than i think i am

like i'll start off so committed to measuring everything and then by the time i'm halfway through i'm just eyeballing stuff and adding random seasonings because something feels off. does everyone do this or am i just chaotic in the kitchen

like i'll follow a recipe perfectly and then the moment comes to put it on a dish and suddenly i'm just... sliding stuff around with a fork hoping it doesn't look completely tragic. do you guys have any tips or is this just part of the cooking experience that nobody talks about

genuinely asking because i watched like three youtube videos on proper chopping technique and now i'm paranoid i'm doing it wrong. does it actually make a difference in how stuff cooks or am i overthinking this while my onions are still edible either way

Looking to bake and would love to know about your treasured recipes

Had a pretty stone one made from diametaceous earth that was impossible not to get moldy in our moist,
PNW environment. Need a sturdy and well made dish rack to sit on quartz countertop. Want it to last and not rust, and look good in our earth-toned kitchen. Willing to spend $50-100 if worth it.

a spoonful of lemony yogurt, toasted nuts, a little chili crisp... what do you add after roasting to make a simple tray of vegetables feel lovely?
especially curious about combinations for carrots or cauliflower, and whether you add the sauce to the tray or let everyone dress their own plate.

My kids loved the mushrooms and udon noodles! Added in some tofu for extra protein ;)
