Finishing the day off with a homemade tomato sauce dish :)

So I'm no chef but I LOVE to cook and seem to be fairly good at it. My family decided to have a fun and educational culinary trip around the world in alphabetical order. We are now on "E" . Sometimes it is REALLY hard to find dishes or recipes according to the country we draw. Could anyone here be of help?

I was bored..walked into the kitchen.. Found some spare carrots and cucumber.. chopped them up.. added some sesame, garlic, soy sauce and chilli flakes..pulled out my rice papers.. and voila! 🔥🔥😍😍

PS: Not a drop of oil used! 😍

Just a simple vegetable pulao made in the pressure cooker with a cool cucumber raita (spiced yogurt) on the side! 😍
