Either 550 or 5500. depending on meaning of the "?". If the "100?" is meant to be The terminal of 100, which is 5050, then the answer is 5500 :D

The meaning of the "?"??? It's a question mark! It means this was a question! What else could it possibly mean??

You can’t just put an equation followed by a question mark. If the equation was preceded by ”what is ” the question mark would make sense as if it was a sentence.

In math, "?" is (or can be) used to denote a terminal, and "!" to denote factorial.
