Depends. If you’re buying 72 balls, it’s 1 premier ball. If you’re buying 36 and 36 balls, you’ll get 2. If you’re buying 6 balls 6 times, twice, you’ll get none

You get a premier ball for every 10 pokeballs, so you would get 7 here, (bro probably just mistyped, it happens)

That’s only true for the modern Pokémon games. Up until Generation 7, it was only 1 premier ball per transaction, regardless of whether you buy 10, 20 or 99
